Chapter 9

~ Last Chapter ~

"So, uh baby have you thought about a date yet?" Jordan asked me, I had just got out of the shower.

My hair was still wet but I still had a towel wrapped around my body. I just needed to go grab my clothes and go back into the bathroom.

"A date for what?" I asked as I put my hair in bun because I was getting tired of it.

"Ummm our wedding." He answered, shit! I keep forgetting that we're engaged.

"Oh, we're still doing that?" I asked as I had finally found some clothes that I thought would be comfortable to sleep in.

"Yes, what would make you think we weren't getting married anymore, Marianna?" He said as he walked over to me. He was standing right behind me. There was no space between us.

My heart started beating as we stared at each other thru the mirror.

I didn't know how to respond. I was still wearing the engagement ring and everything. After Smoke took it off of me, I put it back on.

He took my towel off and it drop to the ground.

"You see this right here? That's all me! Mine!" He yelled, we were still staring at each other in the mirror. I could told he wanted to hit me. I can always tell just by looking in his eyes.

"Let me go calm myself down. I'll be back up here in like 20 minutes." He said as he walked out of the room. He's probably gonna go outside to smoke or something.

~ Chapter 9 ~

Jordan POV

I woke up and Marianna wasn't laying next to me. I figured she was in the kitchen since Armani usually gets hungry around this time. I made my way downstairs.

She glanced over at me and then continued what she was doing, like I wasn't even standing there. She hasn't said a word to me in three days. I've apologized to her a million times.

"Hey."

"Hey." She dryly says as she handed Armani her sippy cup. I could tell she didn't want to talk to me at all. She walked passed me and opened the refrigerator.

"You don't want to talk to me?" I asked as I stood behind her and wrapped my arms around her.

"I said hey." She said as she struggled to get out of my arms. "Jordan, let me go."

"No."

"Jordan, stop, stop!" She laughed as I tickled her. She poked my Adam's apple.

"What the fuck?!" I yelled, she was just over here laughing her ass off.

"Well, I told you to stop." She said as she stared at me, still laughing.

"You're lucky I love you." I said.

"You what?"

"I love you. You love me too, don't you?"

Marianna POV

"I love you. You love me too, don't you?"

Flashback

He hit me repeatedly as I screamed for him to stop. He wouldn't. The more I screamed the stronger and harder his punches got.
