The Love She Always Wanted

Chapter 3

"Marianna, who the hell are you talking to?" Jordan asked. The lights were out so he couldn't see anything but he heard whispering and he knows Marianna doesn't talk in her sleep.

Marianna pretended to be sleep. Jordan got out of bed and turned the lights on. He walked over to Marianna's side of the bed.

"Marianna, don't be acting like you fucking sleep. Who was you talking to?" He raised his voice which caused Marianna to open her eyes and look at him. She didn't say anything which was a mistake. "Fine." He said

30 minutes later.......

Jordan was ready to leave but by himself. He grabbed his keys.

"Where are you going?" Marianna asked

"I thought you was sleep?" He said before he walked out of the door. Once he got in his car, he got a text from this girl named Cookie

Hey boo! I missed you a lot while I was out of town but I'm back. Slide pass my place😘😘😘

Cookie was his ex from a few years back. It was nothing serious. They never even said I love you. They were only together for about 5 months before she moved away to take care of her mother. At least that's what she told Jordan but she was really going to go work with his enemy to plot against him. They've been waiting for this day. The day they make Jordan pay.

Jordan decided to go since it was 5am and he had nothing else to do. As he pulled up he started thinking about Marianna but he brushed his thoughts of her off and knocked on Cookie's door.

She immediately opened it up and pulled him into the house while hugging him. She shut the door after pulling away from the hug.

"I'm so happy to see you again." She said smiling

"Why you wearing that?" Jordan asked her. She was this black and pink see-thru lace lingerie bodysuit.

"For you, of course. So, what's up?" She asked

"Ion know, you tell me. How'd you get my number?"

"Your numbers still the same, Jordan." She wrapped her arms around his neck.

"It is? Remind me to change that." She laughed. She didn't wanna do this but she had to. She kissed him but he pushed her away. "What the hell are you doing? That's not why I came over."

"But that's why I invited you over." She pushed him onto the couch as she climbed on top of him. She leaned down and kissed him.

"What the fuck did I say?!" He said as he pushed her away. She looked scared, but she has to do this. Cookie tried to take his boxers off.

"Let me get a condom." Jordan said as he was about to get up and grab a condom out of his pants pocket but Cookie stopped him.

"I'm on birth control. Don't worry." She lied and Jordan knew she was lying.

"Stop lying to me! I've told you this shit so many times and you still doing it."

"I'm serious. I'm taking birth control. I swear." Jordan got up

"Then I'm finna check yo medicine cabinet and if Ion find that bottle of birth control you claim you taking, you gon' get yo ass beat." He walked into her bathroom and started looking in her medicine cabinet. She was praying it was in there somewhere.

Jordan punched her medicine cabinet causing the shelves to break and everything to fall on the floor which made Cookie jump.

"Why is yo name Cookie? Do cookies lie? Bitch it ain't no goddamn birth control if yo fucking cabinet." He pulled her off of the bed by her hair. Her head hit the nightstand. He dragged her into the bathroom.

"Do you see any birth control pills?" He yelled as he pushed her head in the toilet. "Bitch, you better make yourself throw up!" He said

"I can't." She said while crying

"You betta make yourself throwing or I'll kill you right now."

"Jordan I have to tell you something about Marianna." Cookie yelled. Her life was ending so why not take somebody else with her? Jordan was about to shoot her but when he heard Marianna's name, he stopped.

"How you know my girl?" He asked her pulling her head out of the toilet.

"Nelson called her telling her lies about their father, Matthew and why he's in jail but he wasn't in jail. I've been helping him plot against you and I'm so sorry. I helped set you up. I knew you would get mad at Marianna if she didn't tell you who she was on the phone with and then you'd come here after I texted you so Matthew could take Marianna and possibly kill her and then maybe you and I could make things work." He slapped her.

"Where is she?!"

"The trap house you use to have when you lived here." That was the last thing she said before Jordan took her life.

Matthew walked over to Marianna looking at her exposed body. He pointed a gun to her head and then licked his lips.

"So, who's your baby daddy?" He asked her. She just looked at him.

"Jordan is." Marianna's mom answered

Matthew chuckled "Who would've thought you being my daughter would've actually paid off? I'm gonna call Cookie to see if he's with her."

"Cookie?" Marianna asked. "Who the hell is Cookie?"

"The bitch he's fucking right now." Marianna got up and punched her mother in the face over and over again.

"Marianna, stop before you send yourself into labor." Matthew said as he decided to start caring and tried to pull Marianna away from her mother but it was too late. Marianna's water broke.
