This is Dream. She's the leader of the Wing Corporation for the Forgotten, or just Wing Corp. The Japanese Kanji at the top says dreaming. She will be in a story I wanna write. This character (along with the rest of the Dream Team I have yet to re-draw) was inspired by MCR'S Danger Days era.
