I shook Leo as the rest of my body froze. Leo woke up in a panic and grabbed me tight. "Baby, what's wrong?"
I raised my eyebrows as we both turned our heads
"Both of you, kitchen in 5 minutes, we need to talk"
My mum left the room and me and Leo looked at each other "Leo, this wouldn't have happened if you had of listened to me and stayed on the floor! We now have to go face the truth"
We climbed downstairs slowly and treasured every step.
We reached the kitchen door and we saw my mum at the table with 3 hot chocolates.
"Sit down guys, I wanna talk to you two
."
And then Leo looked at me and rolled his eyes waiting for the lecture to start.
"Kasey you are getting to that age now where you start to love people and your love life starts to develop"
Leo started to talk to my mum
"Anna, we're so sorry.."
"Leo it's fine honestly, I need to relax a bit more. My daughter is growing up and I knew she would find the right guy for her"
Leo and I looked at each other and took a breath of relief.
I honestly thought my mum would get so angered at the thought of me having a boyfriend and she proved me massively wrong
"Mum is it ok if we go back to my bedroom and chill for a bit?
"Yes, of course darling don't forget your hot chocolates".
