I called up Jess when we got upstairs and Leo plopped on my bed. I asked her if she and Charlie wanted to come round mine for a pretty little liars triathlon. Normally she would be round in five minutes but she sounded as though she had been crying. I put her on speaker and put my finger to my lips at Leo. She said she couldn't come round because she had something major to sort out. I asked if it was to do with Charlie and she hummed in a tone to say uh huh. Leo raised his hand to talk and I nodded. "I'm taking Kase out for dinner tonight. Do you wanna come with us. You can bring Charlie if things get better but if not just come alone. Let your hair down for a bit.?"
She replied with an ok and then took a deep breath
"Jess, meet us here at 6pm tonight,okay?"
"Okay..."
