We arrived at as ever ,Kasey's favourite multicultural diner with Jess on her own, no Charlie
"How's things?" Leo said to Jess.
"Oh, Charlie's outside getting stuff from his car" Jess replied like nothing had ever happened. After 2 hours we were on our way back to mine Charlie driving, Jess in passenger seat and me an Leo in the back. Leo was in the middle holding my hand tight. We arrived at Leo's house he got out went to the door. We waited in case no one was in. An old man opened the door wearily and they were chatting. Charlie started the car and Leo came back to the car with tears in his eyes. He got in and started bawling his heart out. I cuddled him and whispered "whats wrong baby?!"
"I need to come and live with you baby".
"How comes??!!"
"Mum stabbed herself in kitchen doing dinner quite badly and waaaaaaaaaAaah" he cried even harder "she's dead😭😭"
"Oh baby" "give me a cuddle"
He cried in to my shoulder squeezing me harder and harder at every whimper
"Don't worry baby my mum will let you she likes you a lot"
We got home and I explained to my mum what happened to Leo's mum whilst he got in to his lion onesie.
We were whispering so we didn't start Leo off again.
When he came down my mum cuddled him and told him he's more than welcome to stay here.
"Thank you" Leo said "I will talk about it In the morning"
