Pyrrha Nikos [RWBY] x Wolf Faunus! Female Reader (Part 1)

You were bumped up two years and it was going to be your first day in Beacon. Why did you get bumped up exactly? Your teachers thought that your skills were much more advanced than everyone else and even Professor Ozpin himself saw great potential in you. You were super nervous since you weren't the type of person who gets a lot of friends due to being a wolf faunus. You knew humans didn't like faunus, so to avoid trouble you hid your wolf ears in a black beanie.  

You walked down the halls into the lunch area. Professor Ozpin told you that there is a group of girls that will show you around the school.  A girl with a red cape, a heiress with white hair, a girl with black hair and a black bow on top, and a girl with yellow hair. You proceeded into the lunch area to be greeted by a cream pie almost hitting your face. You let out a small squeak before looking at the person who threw it. You saw a girl with red hair in a ponytail as she came up to you, "I apologize for that my friend threw that and it was supposed to hit someone else and-" she stopped talking when she saw your face, you could see a tint of pink on her cheeks. You took a good look at the girl, seeing that she had stunning green eyes, beautiful soft skin, perfect red hair, and other details that made her look beautiful. The two of you stood in silence staring at each other before you heard someone coming up to you two. "Hey, Pyrrha, who's that? Oh, are you that girl Professor Ozpin told me and my team to show you around school?" you looked over to see a girl with a red cape. "Ya, (Y/N). (Y/N) (L/N). Nice to meet you," you smiled. "Ruby. Ruby Rose. That's Pyrrha by the way," Ruby replied.

"Hey, guys! Come over here and greet the new girl!" Ruby called to her table. Three other girls came over to you and smiled. "Guys this is (Y/N), she's new here to Beacon." "(Y/N), this is my team, team RWBY. The one with blond hair is Yang Xiao Long, she's my older sister. The girl with a black bow is Blake Belladonna, one of my friends, and that's Wiess." Ruby introduced them to you. "Hey! Don't introduce me as if I'm not as important!" Wiess complained. "Hey, Jaune! Get your ass and the others here so we can introduce you to (A/N)!" Yang shouted to a group. "Oh right! This is team JNPR. The blond guy is Jaune Arc. The black hair dude is Lie Ren. The girl with orange hair is Nora Valkyrie. And the girl I seen you already met is Pyrrha Nikos." Yang told you. You smiled and said hello to them and they returned your greetings. Nora came up to you and booped your nose, "There your my friend now since I booped you." Nora smiled. You let out a small chuckle and smiled. "Anyways, let's show (Y/N) around!" Ruby smiled and cling onto your arm and dragging you out of the lunch room with team RWBY following her. You looked back at Pyrrha and gave her a warm smile. She blushed and at her feet so you won't see her blush.

-One and a half month later-

You  made more friends later on the year. You decided  to tell all your friends that you were a wolf faunus, which surprised them. But they were proud that you told them especially Yang and Ruby since you were like a sister to them. Weiss was cautious about you for a short period of time but soon accepted you as a faunus. Blake was shocked and kept her distance for a while since she was a cat and you were a wolf but she soon realize it was foolish to keep distance just because you were a wolf. You no longer wore the beanie that hid your wolf ears since your friends Sun and Velvet persuaded you to be proud of your wolf ears and shouldn't hide it. 

Even though you were a faunus, many people, both boys and girls in Beacon had fallen for you. Even though you had a bunch of people chasing after you, you only had eyes for one person but you couldn't tell her. Pyrrha was the one who had stolen your heart the first day you came here, you loved everything about her. People know Pyrrha as a strong, independent superstar but you knew better. You knew her as a kind, gentle girl who depends on other people when times get tough. She was always open to you, she's even more open to you than with Jaune. You really have fallen in love with the red-headed beauty.

The Valentine Dance is only a week away. Your head was resting on Blake's lap while you both were reading a book. Yang and Ruby were helping preparations for the dance while Weiss was on her bunk having her "beauty sleep". "Hey Blake, who are you taking to the dance?" you asked putting down your book. "I'm going with Weiss. Sun is going with Neptune and Ruby is going with Yang since Yang is being overprotective again so. Why are you asking?" Blake replied. You looked up at her, "Nothing. Just curious," You said. "Who are you going with?" she asked. You blushed, "I'm not going with anyone, but there is one person I want to go with." Blake looked at you with curiosity in her eyes, "Who? Is it Velvet? Coco? Nora? Pyrrha?" You began to blush harder when you heard Pyrrha's name. Blake smirked at you and pinched your wolf ears, "How cute? Little (Y/N) likes Pyrrha." "Stop teasing me. You're so mean Blake," you gave a cute little pout before sitting up, twitching your wolf ears. "Why don't you ask her out?" Blake asked putting away your book and started braiding your hair. "I can't just ask her! She probably doesn't even like girls," you grunted and hugged your knees. Blake just scoffed and continued to braid your hair, "You don't know if she likes girls. Who knows she might like girls." "You know what. I'll ask her," you said getting off Blake's bed. "Hey smart one," Blake called you. You turned your head to see what she wants. "There's a bouquet of roses over there, take it," she told you. "Why is there roses?" you ask while grabbing the roses. "Ruby got it from a guy but he got beat up by Yang and Weiss though and Ruby doesn't want it. Btw, Pyrrha is in her room," Blake replied. You nodded and went to team JNPR's door. 

You were going to knock when you heard Jaune talking to Pyrrha. "So, look I been wondering since the Valentine dance is coming up, wanna go to the dance with me?" you heard Jaune asking Pyrrha. You felt your heart stop for a second, your grip on the bouquet tighten. "Of course Jaune," you heard Pyrrha replied. It felt like the whole world literal stopped, your eyes began to water, and your back slid down their door until you were sitting on the floor. You were too late, you couldn't confess your feelings in time before Jaune. Stupid Jaune! It's all his fault! Who am I kidding, I should have been tougher and told Pyrrha earlier. You felt tears rolling down your cheeks and as you felt your throat let out a loud sob. "Hello? Who's out there?" you heard Pyrrha ask, you couldn't let Pyrrha see you in this state. Not now. You quickly got up and ran back into team RWBY's room, which was in front of JNPR's room, and slammed the door. You threw the bouquet of roses to one of the corners as you slid down from the wall sobbing loudly. "Oh my god are you ok (Y/N)!? What happened!" you looked up with your eyes full of tears to see Weiss and Blake running towards you to comfort you. "Did something happen (Y/N), you can tell us. We're friends, we have each others back." Weiss said while comforting you. You felt two pairs of arms hold you tightly as you sobbed. Whenever you tried to explain, loud sobs would clog your throat making you unable to speak. "It's ok (Y/N). You don't have to explain to us now. You can always tell us later." Blake told you softly before carrying you to her bed and setting you down. "Get some rest, you'll calm down from it. You can tell us what happened when you wake up." "Is she going to be ok?" Weiss asked her girlfriend, clearly worrying about the girl. Blake nodded before sitting down beside you and began to stroke your little wolf ears. You felt your heart continuing to crack open as tears continue to roll down your cheeks. You slowly let the darkness take over you.
