(A/N: I never watched the anime so I'll try my best to write this but it's gonna be kinda shit so please don't hate me.)

~Your POV~

"(Y/N) if you don't hurry up, you're gonna get left behind!" Shihō yelled to me. "Ye-Yes sir!" I shouted and caught up with the group. I didn't know why I let him boss me around, I'm wasn't some little kid! But I guess it can't be helped, even if I was around the same age as everyone else, I'm a coward. Whenever we get into danger, I'm the most likely to end up injured the most.  Shihō had his doubts about me but he couldn't really kick me out since I was Shinoa's older sister.

I quietly followed behind as the group began to search. "You alright?  Shihō didn't scare you too much did he?" My sister asked. I shook my head and just smiled. She walked away to search with everyone else. I sighed and began my search as well. Even if Shinoa is my sister, she doesn't act like it. She just saw me as another member, not someone she knew for years. The most she would do for me is stand up to the others to keep me in the group.

The sun began to set and it turned out that we wandered too far and now we were lost. "Great job Yui. Next time, we're not letting you lead us."  Shihō growled. Yui just scoffed and crossed his arms. We took shelter at an abandoned building. As the others set up the fire and scavenge for food, I was told to just sit there and wait. They wouldn't even let me help them.

I felt I was just being treated as a child or some injured person who can't take care of themselves. I'm so sick of it. But what can I do, I know that if I leave, I probably would die the minute after I set foot outside. Once everyone had their fair share, they set out the fire and went to sleep while one person kept an eye out. They said that they wouldn't bother to wake me up since I would probably fall back asleep on my duty. I did my best to ignore their comments and just slept.

-------------

I woke up as a bright light shined on my face. I looked around to see that I wasn't at the abandoned building anymore. I was in a dungeon. I gulped and scooted to the corner and looked around panicked. Where am I?

I quickly went over to the front of my cellar and looked around for my group. None of them were here, only other people I've never met before. I saw my wrists were bonded together by a strong pair of handcuffs.

"I see someone's finally awake." I heard a feminine voice. I backed away from the front of my cellar and saw a girl with pink hair and red eyes. I noticed her two sharp fangs and pointed ears. "Yo-You're a vampire." I stuttered. "Yea and you're a human." She replied. I gulped and tried to swallow my fear. "Wh-Why am I here? Where's everyone else?!" I shouted.

"Oh calm down, would you? I found you asleep alone in an abandoned building." She told me. I frowned and shook my head, "That can't be. I wasn't alone." "I know you weren't alone. I saw footprints leaving the building and whispers from your so-called group. I guess they just left you there." She said.

I stood in silence and stared at the ground. They left me alone. Even Shinoa. I gritted my teeth and clutched my hands into fists. "I should of fucking known," I growled. The vampire stayed quiet and observed me from outside the cellar.

"They never cared about me anyway. Even if I do try to help them or even try to prove myself useful, they kick me aside. I'm nothing but dead weight." I muttered and slumped onto the floor. "Just do what you have to do. Kill me, suck my blood, or whatever. I don't care anymore." I said.

"You shouldn't be surprised by this. Your kind is nothing but worthless and greedy creatures." She scowled. I shrugged and leaned back. "Well I can't deny the greedy part at least," I said. "You're quite strange. You're not fighting back like the others. You seem almost too calm in this situation." She said suspiciously.
