Prologue

 PROLOGUE

This is an era where dragons reign all over the land. It was feared by most humans who can’t do anything nor fight back. Indeed a time where dragons are the most powerful creature living on earth and because of this the religion Dragonism was born. Draconic Faith was implemented throughout the land. Every being who dares to oppose the so called religion awaits a terrifying punishment. Although dragons are powerful and all, they don’t attack neighboring towns casually that is because of the sacrifice the Draconic Faith offers to them.

Dragons become obedient and rest a lot when it hears and sees entertainment. This was a fact that was proved by the dragon priest who bought a young performer for amusement. Since then, they keep offering top performers to the dragon maintaining the peaceful surrounding of all land. They also tried experimenting, dragons priests are some what like scientist or scholars who keeps studying their behaviors and characteristics. They found out some interesting discoveries about dragons; some can take human forms, they have magical unlimited powers and always prefer an entertainment. It was this time that a new rule was declared through out the land. That is a dragon’s gypsy will be chosen and offered to the dragon every time a previous gypsy dies.

Old, young, boy or girl, there are no exceptions when it comes to choosing the dragon gypsy. As long as you’re gifted with singing and dancing then you can be the next candidate. For this the land became peaceful and at harmony, no attacks nor destroyed by dragons was reported. They keep the traditions up to now and the dragons live peacefully in their caves; until a story of a young boy searching for his sister started.
