Chapter 16

I woke up and Sam was still asleep. I checked my phone and it was 8:00. I laid back down and stared at his face until I fell back asleep. I woke up again and Sam wasn't there. I sat up and had a really bad pain in my back. I walked into the bathroom and stood infornt of the mirror. I lifted my shirt to find a big bruise on my side.
"Sam!"-me
"What.where are you."-he said as he was walking in the bedroom door.
"Bathroom. Look at my side."-me
"You covered"-Sam
"Yes,the door wouldn't be wide open if I wasn't."-me
He walked in and I showed him my side.
"What happened!?"-Sam
"I don't know. I woke up and my back hurt so I came and checked it"-me
He came closer and looked at it.
"Did your mom hit you last night."-Sam
I shrugged my shoulders cause I honestly didn't know. He touched it and examed it.
"Does it hurt?"-Sam
"A little bit, but it's causing my back to hurt"-me

He called for Ricky to come look at it. He suggested to go to the hospital but I said no, cause mom works there. Sam walked back downstairs to finish cooking, I followed him downstairs. We all ate and got ready for our graduation ceremony.
"My mom and dad is coming."-Sam said as he was buttoning his shirt.
"I would say my mom was coming but I never even told her."-me
I shook his head and put his Oxfords on. I walked into the bathroom and brushed my hair.
"Hey, can I braid your hair."-Sam
"You know how to braid?"-I said in shock
He walked over to me and took the brush from my hand and started fish tailing my hair. I was kinda impressed.
