Chapter 7//Ugly Truth

Caleb's POV

I wake up to see Destiny is not beside me anymore. I start to worry but I find her in the bathroom looking worried.

"Hey baby girl what's wrong", I say and stand in front of her.

"Nothing I I just ummm. I'm worried your fans will hate me since we are you know dating.", she says and looks up at me.

I squat down to her level so we are looking into each other's eyes.

"Destiny, they could never hate you. You are amazing and they will see that. Just be yourself!", I say and she nods and I hug her and she hugs back.

"So anything else you wanna talk about?," I ask I feel like there is something else, but I might be wrong.

"No just that but thank you Caleb I love you", she says and I smile.

"I love you too", I say and we walk back in the bedroom.

"Soooo what do you wanna do?", she asks.

"How about we play truth or dare!", I ask and she laughs.

"Ok that sounds good", she says and I get two Cokes and she makes some popcorn.

We sit down in the middle of the floor and I steal some popcorn and shove it in my mouth.

"Ok which one of us goes first?", I ask with my mouth filled with food.

"Caleb! No talking with your mouth filled with food!", she says and I laugh and swallow my food and I lean over and peck her lips.

"Ok I'll shut up", she says and I laugh.

Well I started.

"Truth or dare?", I ask her.

"Hummmmm uhh truth!", she says and I laugh.

"Borriing but is it true that Dylan was your first kiss", I ask and her smile she had on dropped.

Destiny's POV

"Is it true that Dylan was your first kiss", Caleb asks me and the smile on my face drops.

Shit.

Shit.

What will I tell him?

"Well no he actually wasn't.", I say and look down.

"Then who was?", Caleb says and starts to get tense.

"It....it....was Brennan. It was when I was 12 and I asked him if he ever had his and he said no and I said same so he asked me if I would be his first and that he would be mine, cause we were really close. So we kissed", I say and Caleb walks off.

"Why are you so mad it was 2 years ago!", I say raising my voice a little.

"Because he likes you if you can't fucking tell!", he says and Brennan walks in. Great! (Note sarcasm)

"Hey I heard yelling is everything ok.", Brennan asks and Caleb walks up to him.

"So you kissed my girlfriend huh?!", Caleb says and gets close up in Brennan's face.

"Yeah 2 years ago when you guys weren't even dating. What's the problem?", Brennan asks.

"You like her don't you?", he asks him but he soon punches Brennan in the face.

I scream and run to Brennan who has fallen on the ground. He is bleeding and he looks like he is gonna pass out.

"Caleb what the hell!", I yell and Caleb just runs out.

"Brennan, brennan wake up please wake up!", I say and shake him. I laid his head in my lap, and I caress his cheek.

Soon he opens his eyes and smiles at me.

"Oh god you're ok", I say and I walk him to the bathroom to clean him up.

I grab a wet hot wash cloth and start dabbing it on his cut.

He winces.

"Sorry", I say and slowly do it.

"You know I didn't get to answer his question", he said and he looked at me and smiled. I did too.

"I like you Destiny I have ever since I met you but when we shared both of our first kisses with each other, I started to love you.", he says and I don't know what happened but we started leaning in and I dropped the rag. And then all of a sudden, our lips touched, and our lips moved in sinc.

He lets go and I start to cry.

"Brennan I just cheated on Caleb", I say. And he looks at me and he keeps saying he is sorry.

"No it's not just your fault it's mine, I just feel like me and Caleb are growing apart, Brennan, but I love him.", I say and he hugs me.

"Just know Destiny I love you and if you need anyone to talk to I'll be here.", he says and I here my phone Bing.

It's a text from Caleb, but as soon as I got done reading it my whole world came crashing down.

Caleb- I'm sorry destiny, but it's over.
