Destiny's POV
I woke up to see I was in a hospital room.
I heard my parents crying and I could hear Annie and Hayley talking asking if I was ok.
But I can't open my eyes.
Crap am I in a coma.
"Destiny wake up please", I heard Caleb's sweet soft voice say as he held my hand which I could not move.
"Caleb we're going to get food we'll be back soon honey", Katie said and he sniffles as the door closes.
I felt cold and I felt like I was dying.
"Hey Destiny", I heard Caleb say with his croaky voice like he'd been crying for days.
Hi Caleb...
I thought
"I miss you", he said and I felt a tear fall on my face.
Why is this happening to me?
"I would be so happy and relieved if you would wake up ", he said and I felt him kiss my cheek.
I miss him so much but what happened.
All of a sudden I could finally open my eyes..
"Destiny you're awake", he said hugging me as I hugged back tightly.
"Caleb what happened?", I asked pulling away from the hug but holding his hands in mine.
"It was a drunk driver, they weren't looking and they came from behind us.
"You about died Destiny", he said choking up and he leaned in and connected our lips in a very loving kiss that lasted for 6 seconds before we were interrupted by the door opening.
Caleb's parents and the doctor walked in with very blank faces which worried me.
"Is everything ok?", Caleb asked noticing their faces too.
" um destiny have you been having any stomach pains in the past few weeks.", the doctor asked.
"Actually yeah I have but I never really thought anything of it", I began.
"Why though?", Caleb finished.
"We think you might have them because you might have cancer...", the doctor began to say with a sad face and my face turned blank and all the voices in the room started to fade as I zoned out.
Shocked by this news.
I might have cancer....
I might die....
"Hey you're gonna be ok dee", Caleb said kissing my forehead softly, as he knocked me out of my deep thoughts.
