Constance and I sat in silence in the abandoned room. Everything seemed to have frozen in time.

(This is like what happened a few years ago :))

Unknown POV

" Charles.... This room is unique." I said softly.

The room I was in seemed so elegant, so mystique. It's as though it seemed that the room had a connection with another land. Wonderland. I quickly brushed that thought out of my mind. It's been years since I've seen Wonderland. I wonder how he is doing...

"Yes, dear. It simply is. Miranda is awfully kind to rent us the rooms." Charles stated as a matter of fact.

I agreed and walked to the bed. Simply beautiful. I thought. The covers were carefully sewn. Tiger lillies stitching adorned the covers. I carefully inspected the skillful stiching until a voice called out.

"Alice?" A voice called out from beneath the bed.

I froze. It was the rabbit.

From beneath the bed, a pair of white ears popped out. A crooked smile framed his face.

"The Hatter would be pleased to know that I found you dear Alice!' The March Rabbit shouted with glee.

I silenced him by rudely intruding into mid sentence.

"You fool! Do not call me 'Alice' ! That is not my name!""

"What's wrong dear Alice? After you've left Wonderland, the Hatter hasn't really been himself...." The March Rabbit trailed off.

"Be quiet! I don't want you to remind me!" My voice quivered.

No...she can't become like me. I have to save her. It wasnt my choice.

"Oh? I wouldnt want to remind you about the terror you've brought to the peaceful place called Wonderland." The March Rabbit said coarsely.

I kicked the Rabbit aside and ran out of the cursed room. Charles stood at the doorframe, watching me quizzically. He questioned me, but I brushed him aside. I have bigger problems now. Instead of me finding Wonderland, as it should be, Wonderland found me.
