Riley,

I was currently in a library studying for a upcoming test when Lucas and Taylor walked in. I sighed and tried to hide in my chemistry textbook. Sadly, Taylor recognized me and walked up to me with Lucas. I mentally cursed myself for not having time in the morning to brush my hair and just wearing it in a messy bun.

"Hey Riley." Taylor greeted. I smiled and waved at him. Lucas just nodded and took out his phone, ignoring my presence.

"Would you like to go on a movie date later?" He asked. I blushed. It was sweet of him to ask me personally. I nodded and smiled.

"Here's my number. Just text me when your ready and your address." He explained. I nodded at the given information. He gave me a smile and walked away along with Lucas. I couldn't study due to thinking on what I was gonna wear.

I got dressed and did my hair. I texted Taylor my information and he said he'll be coming in 15 minutes. I jogged downstairs and saw my mom and father talking in the kitchen.

"Who you getting all dressed up for?" My mother teased looking at me.

"I have a date with somebody." I replied. My father tensed and looked up.

"Do I know him?" He asked. I shook my head no. The doorbell ringed and my father beat me to it.

"Hi, you must be Mr. Johnson." Taylor greeted. My father looked him up and down and nodded.

"He seems good enough." He said which caused my mom to scold at him. I waved goodbye and walked with Taylor to his car. He opened the door for me and I replied with a thank you.

"Where are we headed?" I asked looking at him.

"It's a surprise." He spoke concentrating on the road. I pouted and slumped in my seat. I leaned and turned on the radio.

We soon got to our destination. It was a bowling center.

"I love bowling." I said to him.

"I know, that's why I drove here." He replied in a duh tone. I rolled my eyes and we walked inside. He payed for our shoes and the bowling balls. We were tying our shoes when Taylor kept looking at me.

"What?" I asked, worrying that something was on my face. He smiled and shook his head. I shrugged it off and grabbed a black marbled ball and tried to focus which caused Taylor to laugh.

"What's so funny?" I asked.

"You look so stupid. Focusing and shit. You look like your trying to figure out something." He replied. I gave him a look which caused him to shut up. I threw the ball and it started to roll. He smirked thinking it wasn't gonna be a strike. But guess what nigga? It was. He looked so surprised and I smirked at him.

After trying to one up each other, I ended up winning of course. Riley never loses. He ended up taking me to McDonald's and ordering some fries , a Big Mac for him, a ranch salad for me , and nuggets. We sat in a booth and began eating. He kept looking at me.

"You've been looking at me all damn night Taylor. Avert your eyes to the floor." I spoke up. He chuckled.

"Why look at the floor when I can look at the beauty in front of me." I blushed and rolled my eyes playfully.

"Are you and Fae talking?" He asked while sticking a fry in his mouth.

"No, no we aren't." I answered him. He sensed the tone in my voice so he dropped it. After that he gave me a kiss on the cheek and dropped me home.

Tonight was a wonderful night.
