Chapter 8

Kira's POV:

I just watched as Naruto was left with his mouth opened and eyes widened, Sakura had mirrored the exact same thing.

"WHAT?!?"" Naruto and Sakura yelled in unison.

"Thats right you three are being dropped from the program. "

At this Sakura completely ignored what he just said and told him to stop squishing 'Sasuke kun' like a bug."
"You all think this is a game, you don't know the reason for this test do you?" Kakashi stated narrowing his eyes. No one dared to answer until I spoke up.

"Why do you guys think we're put into a three man or on our case four man squad?" still no answer.

"Teamwork" Me and Kakashi called in unison.

I sighed as Kakashi began to speak again;

"Sakura, instead of Naruto who was next to you, you only wanted Sasuke. Naruto, you were only running around by yourself, even Kira was right next to you. Sasuke, you thought you were above everybody else and thought they would only slow you down. Kira ask all three of you for help but you all declined her. She was the only one who knew the point of this test."

Naruto gave me an apologetic look which I nodded to in return to show him he was forgiven, Sasuke and Sakura looked down in shame.

Before Kakashi could say anything I raised my hand to silence him which he did. "

kakashi you said that if we get the bells by the time that clock of your rings we pass correct?" I said

" Yes Kira why?"

"Guys?" they all looked at me questionably but I guess they didn't even know about the bells yet. Idiots.

"*Sigh* Check your pockets"

The three of them checked their pockets, all their eyes widened as they slowly retracted their hands in front of them. "Hn"

"Hmmm" Kakashi thought as he watched the genin open their hands only to find one bell each, suddenly they all looked up towards me wondering how they got the bells, even Naruto managed to reach into his pocket and get the bell out while still tied up to the stump.

" So you all have a bell excluding Kira huh?" Kakashi said to the three trio they nodded getting their hopes back up, well Naruto and Sakura.

"Well, you still fail because for one non of you were strong enough to get the bell apart from Sasuke who almost got one. plus for one thing I know it was you Kira, I noticed the bells were gone when the clock rang." He said.

Sasuke seemed pretty furious about this and tried to attack kakashi but was immediately on the ground and Kakashi seated on him. I chose to block them out as I tried to rest my eyes for a bit.

I don't know how long my eyes were closed but soon I opened them when I heard kakashi.

I stared at Kakashi as he made his way next to me at the K.I.A stone, he was telling us the most strongest and heroic ninjas were carved into the stone. I decided to completely ignoring Naruto stating he'd want to get his name on the K.I.A stone.

I walked up to the stone and looked at the two names I knew well carved into the stone. " My parents/ Friends are on this." Kakashi and I said at the same time again. We both looked at each other giving each other a sad look.

I turned my head back to the stone, "Alright I'll give you one more chance, eat up to build your strength but don't feed any to Naruto since he tried to eat without you." And with that said he poofed away.

I grabbed my Bento Kakashi got for us and opened it. I took a bit of rice and put it into Naruto's mouth.

He looked at me as his eyes widened as well as sakura's.

"Kira what are you doing, Kakashi sensei told us not to feed Naruto." Sakura said as I just huffed in response and said;

"well Sakura, Kakashi isn't here right now plus he needs his strength or else he'll only slow the team down if he's weak, besides, I wouldn't abandon my friend on a mission if we were in a position like this would you?" she just sat there quietly not even muttering a word.

" Here" Sasuke put his lunch towards Naruto as well, "Sasuke Kakash-" " Kira's right Kakashi isn't here and he'll also slow us down which will jeopardize the mission." Sakura looked at her Bento then handed it to Naruto.

" Here you guys can eat your lunch, I'm on a diet anyways." Sakura began feeding Naruto after their little argument while sasuke and I ate our lunch in silence. Suddenly Kakashi appeared out of nowhere with storm clouds appearing in the background.

"YOU!!!" He yelled " You disobeyed the rules, are you ready for the consequences?, what do you have to say for yourselves?" He asked.

"We gave our food to Naruto because he is our team mate"

"Yeah were all one"

"Thats it? Thats your excuse?" There was a dramatic pause until the clouds lifted,

"You pass, congratulations your the team to ever pass this test."

"HUH!?!?!" Sakura and Naruto simultaneously said.

" A ninja must see through deception." After Kakashi explained everything to us he walked up to the K.I.A stone.

"It's true what they say, those who break the rules are scum, but those who abandon their friends are worse than scum."

At that said Naruto began to tear. "You know, hes kind of cool."

Kakashi made a pose with his thumb up, "Right, our first mission begins tomorrow!" He said, soon we all headed out to ramen completely forgetting Naruto.

I sighed and and threw a kunai at the ropes without even looking then we headed towards Ichiraku ramen.
