I texted Bailee and she said she'd be there in 10. The shop was closed and it was dark. I never new it could be so dark at 8:15. It was sprinkling and I had no jacket, I still had my navy blue leggings on with my white shirt and navy blue hearts. I sat on the street by the light were Ricky had once walked up to me, we're my dad use to walk me home from school, were my parents cried after my grandparents reaction to me, I couldn't help they didn't like me. I sat there, with tears streaming down my face. On Rosie avenue.
I noticed Emery had just crossed over toward me, of course he stopped. "You okay Chloe?" He asked and I nodded. "You sure?" He questioned and Bailee approached us with her arms out. "Chlo!" She said and instantly helped me up and squeezed me. "You look like your freezing! Where's your jacket?" Bailee said not letting go of me. I guess Emery had left cause he was no were to be seen. Bailee stood there with me forever. It was finally about an hour later, I told her she should go, he mom would be worried. "Love you b" I said giving her one last hug. "I love you Chloe" she said and then left.
I wandered around the neighborhood. I didn't want to go home. My mom didn't need my help. I was a disappointment to her and my dad, she might as well just go. I ended up putting my hair in a bun. I walked past a house and someone walked out.
"Chloe?" The familiar voice said. I couldn't tell who it was so I crossed the street to see. "Ricky!" I exclaimed. I was happy to see him. "What are you doing its 14% where's your jacket!" He exclaimed and walked over to me. "Ricky in freezing.. But I'm okay. This may sound weird.. I've none you for 48 hours but I need a hug.. I need someone to just hug me and not let go. You don't understand in just need a hug" I said.
He stood there for a minute. He put his arms out and run to hug him. We eventually sat down on the swing on his front porch and he wrapped us in a blanket and still had his arms around me.
