*Harry's POV*

I woke up pretty early. As usual the animals had to be fed and some needed their bath. I was also given the task to move the hippo's so their stables could get cleaned. That wasn't my favourite task, the smell was unbearable, but it had to be done. Today Liam decided to help me, together with Stan and Andy. When we moved the animals we put on some music, not too loud of course, and started cleaning. After about an hour, fresh water was splashing into the hippo's stables. We all put down a bet on how long it would last until the awful smell was back.

After doing our first check up on the animals and making sure all of them got their food, we went to have our own breakfast with the other sleepyheads I lived with.

Liam, Stan, Andy and I all showered to get the smell off us, put some clean uniforms on and started stting the table. Niall came running into the kitchen screaming: 'FOOOODDD'. Louis followed him, juggling balls in the air.

'Mate, seriously, no balls at the table!", Liam slapped Louis' head.

'That's what she said.", Louis chuckled which caused Liam to roll his eyes at the juggling boy.

All of us were talking and enjoying our meal, looking forward to a new day.

We left for our jobs at 9.30, the zoo opening at 10 am. Today was going to be a very busy day. Sundays were family days and with the nice weather these past weeks, it was even more busy than before. Louis was allowed in the park more on Sundays not just sticking at the cue for waiting customers. Niall had a bigger variety of ice cream and Liam took people behind the scenes. I was allowed to let kids meet the penguins and they could also help me feeding the fish, something I loved doing, especially today. I was walking with my head in the clouds thinking about that beautiful boy that I met yesterday, hoping he would actually show up today. To be fair, I was pretty nervous about it all, but I knew that if I could win over the girls today, I might win over this pretty lad.

'Hey Harry, watch where you're going mate!', Liam yelled at him, nearly losing his balance when he was walking around with big barrels of hay on his hay wagon.

'Sorry mate, you need help with that?'

'Nope, I'm fine, but there are many more waiting to get moved to the storage.'

'I'm on it!'

'Thanks Haz!'

Lunchtime had passed and yet there was no sign of Zayn or his sisters. I was getting anxious, because... what it they didn't show up? There were so many people that it was hard to properly look for them, although I would probably recognize him right away. Thankfully it was time for me to go to the penguins and the first 'meet and greet'. It was probably the most fun part of the day. On my way there I passed the giraffes and snuck in some extra food. What can I say, I try to not have favourites, but I just cannot let the opportunity pass to win over their hearts. Although I'm pretty sure I am their favourite care taker. They tend to pee on Liam when he helped me out and they ignored Stan and Andy whenever they had to take care of them. Today they are in a very playful and friendly mood and accept their snacks gratefully. We talk some more, well I talk they pretend to listen, before I hear a huff.

'Why don't they pee on your head? I seriously wonder why they like you better than me?'

'Mate, it's just a lesson for you to learn.'

'What are you on about Haz?'

'Well, it learns you that the world is just one unfair place. And that I am a far better care taker than you Li. But if it helps, I still adore you.'

'Shut up you fool.'

I ruffled through Liams hair and made my way out when I heard him say:

'Oh and Haz, if I were you I would run to your precious penguins.'

I turned around and looked at him with a confused look on my face.

He chuckled loudly.

'You pretty boy and his sisters are sitting on the front row. Thought you want to know that.'

'I have no clue what you are taking about?'

'Oh so you don't know three adorable girls that asked me about a Harry dude who promised them that if they returned today, they could feed the penguins and help you out. That is if you could keep your eyes of their brother.'

'Nope Li, no clue.' I hope he couldn't see the giddiness in my eyes.

'Oh so the fact that their brother turned bright red doesn't mean a thing?'

'He's probably just annoyed by his sisters behaviour. You and me both know how much of a pain girls can be.'

'Whatever you say Haz. Enjoy your time with lover boy.'  He smiled smugly at me.

Ugh, sometimes he is so cocky! If only I could wipe that stupid smile of his face.

I walked faster to the penguins, hearing the girls before I actually saw them. They really were sitting in the front row, chatting excitedly. I saw Zayn looking around for something. Sure, I was hoping he was searching for me, but I was probably wrong.

It was time to let the penguins out and tell the audience all about my little, waggling friends. Time flew by and a lot of ooh's and aww's were heard when I told them some cute facts about them. Like the pebble story I had told the girls before and how they always stick with their one partner, how they communicate better than humans, they always smile and are just happy in general. They share their love for each other by screaming it out loud, they are not afraid to show the world how they feel about each other. Saying "I Love you" is just a normal part of their day.

I admit, I am jealous of them. They seem to have a perfect sense and understanding of love. It doesn't seem complicated at all. I once read a quote about love, that really explains how they feel. I always end my penguin talk with it.

"Love is always patient and kind. It is never jealous. Loves is never boastful or conceited. It is never rude or selfish. It does not take offense and is not resentful. Love takes no pleasure in other people's sins, but delights in the truth. It is always ready to excuse, to trust, to hope, and to endure whatever comes"- Nicholas Sparks

After the usual applause, people got up and left. I let the penguins be at peace. They are indoors so much that the extra minutes of fresh air will do them good.

'Harry, Harry, Harry! We came, we came, can we go now! I really really really want to help you out now!', The smallest girl yelled loudly.

I snickered and thanked the heavens that there was a lot of water in between us and that the girl only reached my elbows, otherwise I might have been one deaf boy.

They looked at me intently when I made my way to them.

'Well hello little helpers, before we start, I might need some names you know. How else am I going to boss you around.' I winked at the little girl.

' I am Safaa!', the youngest girl said whilst jumping up and down and clapping her hands.

' I'm Whaliya, pleasure to meet you, and just a heads up. I'm the normal one out of this bunch.'

' First off, I'm not little, second I will not be bossed around. Oh and my name is Doniya.' I loved the girl's sassiness. She seriously needed to meet Lou. They would have an instant friendship.

'Yeah, and I'm Zayn. But you knew that already.'

'Alrighty then troops! Forward march!'

The two youngest girls started hopping in front of us and Doniya walked behind them. I slowly made my way next to zayn.

'I seriously admire you mate.'

'Why is that?'

'How do you survive with those three', I chuckled. He started laughing, nearly choking himself.

'Yeah, even though I do say it myself, I deserve a medaille.'

'Amen to that man.'

'Halleluja!'
