Chapter 2

-Faith's Pov-

Everyday was the same. Like it was on repeat.

The yelling of William every hour, feeling powerless against the bullies, the countless journal entries in my notebook.

It was always predictable how my day would go.

I stood in the girls bathroom at school, and looked in the mirror.

My nice, calming green eyes aren't shining with excitement, and haven't been for years. My straight blonde hair was a mess from the running and struggling I have been put through. My uniform still has a rip from when Josh yanked on it the other day, and it was all just a mess.

In my head, I wonder how I have never self-harmed. Every scratch or injury I have ever gotten was never self inflicted, they were either things that William or Josh and his friends would do. With everything that has ever happened in my life, especially my parents, nothing has ever lead to me hurting myself.

I heard a person walk into the bathroom. She kind of looked like me, with the blonde hair and green eyes, except a bit shorter. She was linked arms with someone else.

"Oh, um. I was just heading out-" I started to say, until the girl cut me off.

"Don't worry it's fine..." She began, but waited for my name.

"Faith." I paused. "Faith Matthews."

She stuck her hand out. "Amy. And this is my friend Bella."

She laid her bag down onto the floor. "So Faith. What are you doing in the girls bathroom? You know many people don't just go to the bathroom and not use the bathroom, unless to fix their makeup, and I see no makeup here."

"Just thinking. And hiding from them." I mumbled slightly.

Bella gave me a confused glance. "Who is them?"

"They call themselves the 'Sidemen'. They have been bullying me since I was nine." I said.

Amy stood in shock. "Do you mean Tobi, Ethan, Harry, JJ-"

"Vikk" Bella said, as if she had said his name a thousand times before, in awe.

Amy smiled gently. "Simon." She said, nearly mimicking Bella.

"And Josh." I said, finishing the list off. "I am guessing you know them already?"

"Of course." Amy said. "We watch their YouTube videos all the time. We actually have a bit of a crush on some of them.."

I gave them a confused look. "Youtube? They have channels on there?"

"Well yeah. They all have like a million subscribers each, and JJ has nearly 12 million subscribers right now."

The new information given has surprised me. How come I never have heard about this, I thought to myself.

Bella suddenly had a confused look on her face. "Wait. You said they are bullying you?"

I nodded my head slowly. "They have effected me so much. They actually made it to where I have no friends."

"What about us? We will most certainly be your friends." Bella said, gesturing to the both of them.

"Are you sure? I don't want you all to be involved with what happens between me and them." I said, being unsure.

They both nodded. "Well, we aren't going to let you be alone. And if they start shit about you, or us.." Bella paused, and let Amy finish her sentence.

"Then the Sidemen better be ready for what is about hit them." She said, starting to do a fighting pose.

I laughed slightly. "So, um. I have to go to my next class. See you around I guess." I said, picking up my bag.

"What is you next class?" Bella asked me.

Amy nodded. "If it is on the way to our classes, then we can go with you."

I opened my bag, and showed them my schedule. "Our class is a couple of doors down from yours, we have Mr. Allen, he is our science teacher."

"Alright, then. Let's go!" I said, throwing my hand in the air.

We all laughed, and Amy linked arms with me and Bella, and I gave her a slightly confused look. "Oh, sorry. I do this thing were I will link arms or hold hands with my friends. That is because I am afraid of losing them."

"Oh, that is fine. It has just been a long while since I actually had a friend. I remember doing that with my old friends before I moved her, and did it for the same exact reason." I said, giving her a small smile.

We walked out, only to be greeted by the bullies themselves.

"Sup Matthews. See you've got some new friends." Ethan said, leaning against the lockers.

Josh snicked. "How much is this poor girl paying you both? I mean, look at this piece of trash." He looked me up and down in disgust.

I felt Bella turn towards them. "Well sorry Josh. I can't help but be friends with this amazing girl. Maybe if you just open those eyes of yours, you could see it."

I saw Josh's fists slowly begin to tighten, when Vikk walked up to her. "Well, why would such a pretty girl be with someone so digusting?"

Bella was caught off guard by Vikk's flirting and froze, until Amy took over.

"Why don't you just leave Faith alone? You have been teasing her way long enough. Just stop it." I nodded in agreement.

JJ snickered at her. "And why would we listen to you?"

Amy stood up tall, and clenched her fists. "Just because I am shorter than you, doesn't mean anything Jide. I can still fight, and I can get your fanbase to turn against you, with one small button."

The boys looked at her in confusion. "What do you mean?" Tobi said, almost looking at me in guilt.

Amy digged in her bag to find her phone. "This device can do some serious damage. Want me to show you?"

They all looked at each other and knew they had to go away before their careers were in jeopardy. "You win this time Matthews. But next time, you won't be that lucky." Josh said.

I sighed in relief. "Thank you guys so much." I said, hugging them by their neck.

"Well, I would do anything to protect a friend." Amy said. "But I got a plan next time they come back."

"What are you going to do?" I asked in curiosity.

"Spoilers." Amy looked at Bella, still starstruck. "Maybe don't freeze up when Vikk flirts with you."

"Well sorry. He is just so cute and hot. I can't help myself." She said, shrugging.

Amy laughed slightly. "It is okay. If Simon wasn't already in class, I would have done the same."

"You guys must really like them, huh?" I said, looking at them both.

They nodded. "Yeah, but maybe not as much with knowing that they bully you."

We linked arms, and walked off to class.

I AM SO SORRY THIS TOOK FOREVER TO UPDATE. LIKE REALLY REALLY SORRY.

But yeah. I added Pretty_Mint_A to the story because she is an amazing person.

And also, HAPPY NEW YEAR! For 2016, I will be trying to commit more time to my writing since I suck at updating when I am suppose to.
