-Josh's Pov-
I have noted that Faith has been off ever since Doctor Wells talked to her since she woke up.
I have been on the downlow for a long while, just to see if she improves, but the hurt in her eyes have stayed the entire time.
She told me that she would tell me later and I have been getting anxious just to know what is bothering her so I could make her feel better.
We stopped at Nandos and ordered some food. "So, how has your YouTube channel been since everything?" She asked, sipping a little bit of her water.
"I didn't really upload the first few days, since I was still trying to put myself back together, but I let the fans know what happened to you. They do deserve to know." I admitted to her.
She sighed slightly. "Did you tell them the complete story or.." She started off unsteady.
"No. I just told them about how to you were shot at our date and how you saved my life. I didn't go into your personal life." I said, laying back into my chair.
I noticed that she has been barely pecking at her food, she has been eating less than a bird. I was getting really concerned for her.
"Faith, try to eat some more. You need all the energy you can take, especially since you are healing." I told her, pushing the plate closer to her.
She looked down. "Josh, I am not in the mood." She whispered lightly.
"Can you please tell me what is wrong?" I asked.
She looked up. "Dominic is my real dad." She whispered under her breathe.
I looked her with a puzzled glance. "I thought Micheal Matthews was your father." I told her.
"I thought that too until Doctor Wells told me the truth. My mom bribed hospitals to make sure it said he was the father, but seems my mother was just a lying greedy bitch." She said with an angry tone.
"Faith. She was probably just doing it to protect you. You know what he has done. She must have known you would have gotten hurt." I said, trying to be positive for her.
She shook her head. "Not even my father knew. He took care of me as his own while he fell for my mother's tricks. I am just afraid I become them."
I reached my hand over the table and grabbed onto hers. "You could never become them. Just look at me." I said, using my other hand to make her look into my eyes.
"I can see the good in your eyes." I said, smiling, and I saw her start staring off once again.
She sighed. "Reminds me of when I looked into your eyes when you bullied me and I saw something. I saw good and not what you were trying to be." She mumbled.
"I need you to be your normal self. I don't want to fall in love with someone that is changing on me." I said, looking up into her forest green eyes.
She gave me a weak smile. "Okay. I'll try."
"There is no trying Faith." I tried to persuade her.
"I love your preserving attitude." She smiled at me, causing me to smile in return.

-Faith's Pov-
Josh decided to take me for a stroll down to a nearby creek, which made me think of our first kiss.
We held our hands together, swinging it back and forth in sync with our steps. I stayed close by him, just trying to make sure I wouldn't fall down in my heels.
"This makes me happy." I said looking around, seeing the green leaves hanging down from trees and the water flowing down the stream, making a peaceful and calming sound.
He looked at me. "Yeah, it is just so relaxing to get away from the chaos of the world."
"It makes me kinda want to write a song or sketch." I said, seeing the sun peirce through the patches between the leaves and leave their shadow onto the green grass.
"But you don't have any paper." He sighed. "I would personally love to see you draw."
I chuckled. "And see all the faces I do? I have some weird ones."
"Yeah, but you always look stunning. And you would be doing something you love. Nothing makes me smile more than the look in your eye." He grinned, kissing my cheek.
I stopped walking for a second, making Josh raise an eyebrow. "What are you doing?"
I gave him a playful grin, and started to open up my purse, pulling out my journal. "I always have this on me."
"You know I have never seen what is in that. You have always carried it around with you since you were little but you close it before anyone comes close." He discovered.
"Well it is my personal life. It has my greatest creations on here. Songs, stories, and drawings. I would hate to see them destroyed so I keep it safe." I said, starting to flip through the pages, looking at every single one closely.
I saw Josh slowly walk up, glimpsing at it from a far before I gestured him closer to me. "Come on. I am letting you be the first one to see inside of it."
"First one?" He said amazed, stepping closer. "It is like being the first one to comment on a YouTube video. This feels amazing."
He grabbed onto the notebook and placed it into his hands, already amazed at the first page, which was a picture from outside my old window with my parents. The building below were shaded, as well as the cars, trees, and people below.
"This is..." he paused, trying to find the right word to describe it.
"My first work." I said, trying to end his sentence.
He shut the book. "You have talent. I only went to the first page and the drawing reflected how beautiful the artist was." He said, stepping inches closer to me, only leaving me to fill the gap.
I looked up into his greyish blue eyes, lost in a trance. "Isn't as handsome as the guy looking at the artist." I grinned, starting to close the gab, making out lips connect.
He wrapped his arms around my waist and I wrapped my arms around his neck. He was more gentle than before, fearing that I would break. I got more passionate, but he pulled away, know he had to ask something.
He stared down at me, smiling. "Faith Matthews?" He asked.
I nodded for him to continue. "Yes?"
"Will you to Prom with me?" He asked.
I didn't even answer with words, but with a kiss, causing him to pull away after a few seconds.
"You are so impatient." He laughed before kissing again.
