-Faith's Pov-
I felt Josh grab onto me tight, engulfing me into a hug.
"Don't you ever scare me like that again." He whispered into my shoulder.
"What happened?" I said, pulling myself away from the hug, confused on what is going on.
He looked at me, being upset since I pulled away, but went back to his normal face realized I just woke up. "Too much."
"How long was I out?" I said, rubbing my temple, trying to adjust myself to the environment.
"About a day or two, but I am thankful you are finally awake. It has just been a nightmare not being able to see you awake and well." He sighed.
I looked at Josh more clearly, and I could see his puffy eyes, and the sleep deprevation on his face. I immediately pulled him into a hug before wincing in pain, and pulling back.
"Are you okay?" Josh instantly asked concerned.
I shook my head. "Just fine. But I can't remember why my stomach hurts so much. I told you the cotton candy shop from the carnival wasn't under inspection." I joked, until I started to remember the rest of the night. "The carnival." I said slower in realization.
Josh shook his head. "You saved my life."
"You tried to save mine. I wanted to return the favor. Did he get arrested yet?" I asked, a bit uneasy from what he did the last time I saw him.
"Nope. Amy and Bella have been watched like a hawk by her parents. They should be safe, so should you."
I shook my head. "I won't be. When I was nine, my dad created the super smart computer and was richer than Bill Gates. I had top knotch security, the best of the best. Josh, if he kidnapped me when I had that, I might as well tell the whole world where I am now." I sighed.
"You father is the Micheal Matthews?" He asked in disbelief.
I nodded. "Surprised you never found out. My face was all over the news when I was transferred here."
He looked down. "I was probably to busy dealing with my alcoholic aunt as she drank and tried to overdose. I always watched as she would stumble into my parents house, wobbling as she tried to stand. It was painful. After she lost my uncle, we all took a turn."
"So that is why you bullied me?" I asked, stunned by his news.
He nodded gently. "My emotions were haywire. I couldn't control what I did. But I always liked you. I just showed it in the worse ways imaginable."
I saw his hand laying onto the hospital bed, and laid my hand onto his. "Well, you've changed."
His eyes lit up, waiting to tell me something. "Some other people have too."
"Who?" I asked, very curiously.
I saw the rest of the Sidemen walk in their heads down looking guilty.
"They actually changed?" I whispered to him. "The guys that bullied me for years finally saw what I did and who I am not?"
Harry lifted his head up. "Faith, we are sorry. We didn't know how much we should have cared for you until you cared so much about Josh. Then with Josh not leaving your bedside the entire time, we knew he loved you. We were such terrible friends to Josh and you for doing what we did."
"For me, I didn't know what else to feel. Being young, you always did what you were told. And I was told to do those things to you. You know I started to fix myself up after stuff happened with your godfather." Tobi admitted.
"I was just an idiot. Everyone told me to stop, but I wasn't thinking at all. I just was angry, and I didn't stop to think about what I was doing. When the news about what happened was told to me, I zoned out as everything I have ever said to you was just a lie. I am really sorry Faith." Simon whispered under his breath as Amy wrapped her arm around his.
I tried to comprehend everything slowly, but before I could say a word, someone else came through the door, Dr. Wells.
"Hello Ms. Matthews. Nice to see you again." He said smiling.
He took a few steps in until he realized the amount of people in here. "I am sorry you guys, but this is medical privacy. I must ask you all to leave unless you are family to her, which I know none of you are."
Everyone sighed and walked out. I saw Josh fighting the urge to stay, but I nodded to him, telling him that he needed to go. He grabbed my hand and kissed it softly before exiting.
"I see that you have made some more friends since the last time I have seen you."
I chuckled lightly. "It is a bit complicated."
"Usually is for teenagers." He mumbled under his breath, barely loud enough for me to hear him.
I ignored his comment as he pulled up the pieces of paper on the edge of my bed. "Gunshot wound to the stomach. But it should heal within 2 to 3 months if you treat it right and don't get it infected." He said.
He sighed, placing his hands onto his thighs, preparing himself to deliver the news.
"What is it Dr. Wells?" I asked uncertain.
He looked up at me. "I have been looking at your files. It seems that all the DNA files from Micheal Matthews were missing. I did some digging and I found out that payments from Annabeth Matthews, your mother, to the places where the DNA was checked. I called them up and asked about it. They told me that Anna had a secret she didn't want people to know about." He paused, knowing I have already gotten what the secret was.
"Are you saying that Dominic is my dad?" I asked, feeling my heart begin to beat out of my chest.
