-Simon's Pov-
It has been a day since Faith was put into the hospital and she has been in a coma due to a slight hit on the head when she fell.
All the Sidemen have at least made one appearance in her room, all knowing they made a mistake bullying the shit out of her.
I haven't seen her the entire time because all I felt was guilt and I couldn't face her, even if she wasn't awake.
Josh has been by her side the entire time since they let him in. The others have to drag him away so he will eat or even go to the bathroom.
Amy and Bella have been in and out since Amy's parents have been very protective since the accident. Since a man wanted to kill Faith, they needed to know where they are the entire time.
Amy was always by my side. She knew I made mistakes, but nobody else seemed to help her. Josh was too much of a mess, Vikk was helping Bella, and the others she barely knew. The weird thing was that we wouldn't talk.
She would cry in my shoulder when she felt sad, and I would wrap my arms around her in comfort, rubbing her back to sooth her. She also stood by me when she walked into a room, as if I was her protection, and I held her hand so she would feel safe.
When we were alone, she pulled me over to the side for a small chat.
"Simon." She said looking into my blue eyes.
I pulled my attention away from the group and laid them on her. "Yeah?"
"What is wrong?" She asked, concerned.
I looked at her confused. "What do you mean?"
She sighed slightly, and let my hand go and placed her hands onto my arms. "I noticed you haven't been yourself. No anger, no snapping, and you have been a bit distracted. If it is about Faith.." she started.
I started to shake my head as I cut her off. "I know it isn't my fault, but I just am having a hard time telling myself the truth."
"That she is actually a good person?" She asked, giving me the 'I told you so' glance.
I nodded. "Yeah. Yeah." I said, looking of to the group again. "I can't even face her. I know the damage I did, and I can't do anything to make it up to her."
"I will help you. Come with me." She said, gripping my arm as she dragged me to her room.
I stopped at the door, and I just took it in. She laid there, lifeless, with the beeping of machines standing next to her. Josh had his head down onto the covers, as I could hear the mumbled weeping.
I slowly stepped in I was almost in tears seeing her. "Faith." I whispered.
Amy looked away so she wouldn't start crying for her too, and went over to Josh. She whispered something in his ear, and he nodded and walked out with her.
I took his seat and just stared at her. I started to remember all the bad things I did to her and I felt even worse.
"I'm sorry." I whispered. "I was an idiot. Like the usual."
I could hear her laugh in my head slightly at my comment. "I wish you could just wake up. Josh needs you. He has been so attached to you, that we physically have to cut him off of you. He has showed his true love for you. And you did too when you saved him from the bullet that could have killed him."
I looked down at my hands as fiddled with my thumbs. "When Vikk told me that you saved Josh's life, everything became clear. You weren't who I thought. You became what you really are. You became what Josh saw in you. You are Josh's girl."
I looked back up at her, and sighed, wiping a tear off of my face. "I need you to wake up. We need you. You have made Josh so much happier with you around. You made Bella and Amy more happy too. I saw the effect you had on them as soon as you moved in with them. Now you are impacting me. I want to make it right to you."
"Please forgive me." I said, placing my head where Josh cried, almost mimicking him.
I heard Amy come back in, and I heard her breath in, holding in her emotions. "Simon. Come here. I feel the need to hug you." She gestured, as she took me out of the room, as Josh went back in.
-Josh's Pov-
I heard everything Simon said, and I couldn't still be happy about how he changed. My heart felt shattered as I looked at Faith. She could have died there at the carnival. If Dominic aimed higher, the bullet could have hit her lungs or heart.
I couldn't believe she has had to live with the memory of her parents being murdered in front of her. I still remember teasing her about where she came from and why she was in London, and I keep beating myself up for it.
Her monitor stayed the same rhythm as before as I took my seat next to her.
"Faith Bethany Matthews." I whispered gently, as I looked at my hands.
I breathed in. "I know you have heard this all day from me, but you need to wake up. I cannot stand not seeing you awake."
"Simon even told you that you have effected me postively since I decided to stop being a douche. You made me a better version of me. My fans have seen that. They have been loving what I am, and I don't get this much postivity." I spoke as I looked at her.
I pushed some of her blonde hair out of the way, and continued with what I was saying. "I need you. If you were gone already, so would I. I can already feeling myself draining out all of my qualities and death being upon me." I felt more tears come to my eyes.
"Please." I felt myself break down, and I folded myself into a ball onto the chair, and I cried.
I heard the slight bristle of the cloth, and I looked up and saw Faith crunch up her nose.
My feet hit the floor slowly, and I stayed quiet. She covered her eyes as she adjusted to the amount of white in the room.
"Josh?" I hear her whisper.
I smiled, and wrapped my arms around her without hesitation. "Don't you ever scare me like that again."
