I laid in a sunflower and daisy patch. Soaking up the warm golden sun. Spreading out my limbs to fill up the small meadow as much as my little seven year old body could.

Looking up, and grinning a crooked smile. The sky was bright blue, with big fluffy clouds floating by. Warm breeze was blowing away my practically white hair around me.

"Hello, my darling." A voice called out. A shiver ran down my spine, and my gut screamed danger.

Looking around, the bright sun was covered and everything darkened. I stood up, trying to find the owner to the voice. But I could barely see in front of me, everything was so dark.

I was so scared, tears began to fall down my face. I didn't feel safe anymore. I felt the opposite, I felt exposed and vulnerable. I couldn't take it anymore, so I screamed.

Grabbing onto the small ivory rose necklace, I closed my eyes. Whispering for someone to save me, hoping the voice would leave me alone.

"Come with me," the voice called through the wind. "You'll never be vulnerable again.." It whispered through the wind.

The trees around me began to shake and quiver. Fear spiked inside me, and gripped me around the spine. Visibly quivering, I began spinning around trying to find something. Even just someone. A shadow. Anything.

"I'll take you away," The voice whispered, sending goosebumps through my body. "I will take you away... You are mine..." It whispered, I clung to the necklace even tighter. "Now!" It yelled, making me scream. I saw a shadow of blackness, a cloud really. It dove for me, and I covered myself in a desperate attempt to fight it.. Only..

I lost the fight.
