I said my goodbye to Camia as I saw her walking away from my house. still kind of upset that dal just left me at the party alone, I searched through my purse looking for the key.

I opened the front door to see dal, and Jordyn sitting on the couch giggling and talking. what the hell?

they didn't even hear me come inside the house. I coughed awkwardly so they would realize I'm here.

"oh hey brie." dal said innocently.

I was so angry at this point, "what the fuck dal?! you just left me at the party alone!?"

"I'm sorry I just got bored so I decided to come home and check in the kids. then I just stayed here." he explained.

I scoffed then stormed upstairs; dally following right behind me.

"why are you getting so mad?" he grabbed my shoulders so I was facing towards him.

that just made me even more angry, "why am I so mad? you left me at the party alone just so you can come back here and hang out with your little friend? you didn't even bother to tell me you were leaving! no text no call! nothing!"

"baby I'm sorry." he pleaded.

"yeah whatever." I got out of his grip then went into the guest bedroom because I sure as hell was not gonna sleep with dal tonight.

I woke up in the guest bedroom with the feeling of another person next to me. I looked to my side to see a sleepy dallas.

I groaned, "what the fuck!? what are you doing?"

"I couldn't sleep last night so I came here" he just smiled like nothing ever happened.

"i don't wanna talk to you." I said as I got up to go to the bathroom.

I locked the door behind me and checked my phone.

I had a message from an unknown number.

From Unknown: hey its tanner.

I quickly added his name into my contacts.

To tanner: what's up?

from Tanner: nothing much. what are you doing today.

to Tanner: I don't have any plans

from Tanner: great, I'll pick you up in 20.

I didn't answer again. all I did was get ready. I'm going to get my mind off what happened tonight. I figured dal could just watch grace and Jesse for the day so why not have a little fun.

my makeup for today was simple, just mascara, eyeliner, lipstick, and I might of done a little contour. I went into mine and dallys room to pick out an outfit when dal came inside.

"where are you going?" he asked me.

I looked at him and said, "going to lunch with a friend"

"who?" he looked at me protectively.

"I met him last night at the party. you know the one you left me at."

"the fuck, you're not. I'm not letting you go out with some guy you just met!"

"okay dad."

"brie, I know you're mad still. please forgive me. I'm sorry about last night."

"alright." by the time our conversation was over I was already dressed.

I put on a black skin tight crop top, ripped jeans and my knee high boots. I also decided to put on a cute black hat because why not?

"cmon Brie, you're seriously going to go out with that guy." dally put his hands on my waist.

i avoided eye contact, "well yeah. you can hang out with your 'friend' Jordyn, why can't I hang out with my friend?"

"you're so difficult." he looked me dead in the eye.

"yeah well I got to go. Tanner is here." I winked, as I saw his jaw clench.

hey guys! quick update for you all :)) I decided that I'm going to do updates often, but they might be a little short. I'll try to make a long chapter every now N then. keep voting though and commenting! that's what keeps me writing knowing that so many of you read my book! also comment some ideas!
