Chapter 5

A couple weeks after that we kept on seeing each other and it was a normal day, because sadly I had to go to work and Jess had school.  It was sadly almost Fourth of July and brad has been around me more because of Jake.

  I haven’t heard from Jake in the past week, I knew he loved me or something like that because he’s sent me random things apologizing. I haven’t seen Brandon in a while because of work and summer school. It’s been a sad two weeks but we have been on webcam and on the phone a lot.

I got Jess up and ready for another day of school for her and work for me...

I went to the kitchen to get me some coffee. Emily had already left for school and work. She had to be at work at 7 but with the commute it made her leave at 6.  I had to be there at 8 today witch was weird but i screamed for Jess to get out of bed. Her school started soon, and i had to head out but grabbed my bag witch had a dress Blake sent me. I decided to look at my cell phone and was i got a text message from Brandon.

'Hey dinner tonight?

-Brandon

I started to type back. Did i have anything tonight? Oh yeah i had to go to a party tonight.

Can't tonight

I put my phone down and saw that my phone was vibrating; it was a call from Jake. I decided to just reject it, it kept on going and going to i decided to pick it up.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT?!?" i screamed

"You alright?" a person that was not Jake called.

"Sorry I thought you were Jake."

“It is fine, i understand because i had to deal with his calls to for you one night." He chuckled.

"How are you Brandon?" i asked

"I am good, but i am hoping you’re not trying to get rid of me already" i started to smile, it was cute i bit my lip i started to think. I am not going to lay it him.

"No i just had plans; Blake is making me going to this hit off the summer party."

"Oh how about you meet me at my place and we chill tonight?"

"Ok sounds good, around 7?"

"That works."

"Bye Brandon"

"Bye Kandis."

The phone call ended and i start to make my morning coffee and finally saw Jess finally ready. It was already 7:30 shoot.

"Jess grabs your bag. We got to go."

She did as i said and got her bag from her room i went and grabbed my car keys. Wait Friday was her last day.

“I will be in the car." I scream throughout the house.

I got in the car and she came. She didn't have her school bag but her bag with all the fun stuff. Right when she wasn't in school and Emily was at work she was with me on the set. It is summer; it is funny how fast time goes.

"Ready?" i asked starting to back out the car and drive.

"Yeah."

"Remember there is breakfast during this set."

"Yes that means really healthy gross food."

"You don't sound excited." i said.

“I am not but you know me i love the set."
