Mornings Chapter 3

  The sun flashed on my face, and I checked the time and it was eight. That early, I wasn't tired anymore, so I went to the guest room and see what those crazy kids are doing. And when I mean kids I mean Vanessa and Antonio.

I tiptoed to the room, and peeked my head on the frame door. Aw they look so cute together, he had his arms around her. Even though they were naked, they still looked cute.

This gave me an idea, I am going to make breakfast. I ran to the kitchen. OK, now I have to decide what to make.

Scrambled egg

No too boring

Omelet

Nah, its the same as scrambled eggs

I know, waffles, french toast, bacon and sausage

OK Mariana, let's do this. First I'll make bacon. No problem, better hurry up and get this done. When I was about to get started, the cook, Sadie, came in.

"Hey Mariana, you need help?" She asked

"Yup." I said with a nervous laugh

She instructed me how to make bacon. She grabbed the strips from the freezer and turned on the stove. Then she put a whole lot of oil. She told me to put them in the pan and to turn them over when it has been awhile.

-awhile later-

Hopefully I'll be this right. While the bacon was crisping, I helped Sadie with the waffles. I got out all of the ingredients. If you ask me all of this cooking stuff is a lot of work.

Too much for me to handle, next thing you know I'll burn the bacon.  Oh wait the bacon, I ran to the stove. The bacon was burning. Good job Mariana, you jixed it, I thought to myself.

Soon this whole house smelled like smoke. God I am choking. Sadie quickly turned off the stove, and Vanessa and Antonio came running downstairs.

Thankfully they had clothes on. "What the hell happened in here." Antonio asked, all I did was smile nervously

"You see, I ah. Accidentally burned the bacon I was going to make you guys, but look on the bright side. I didn't burn the house." I laughed nervously

Antonio slapped his hand on his head. "What it was an accident." I said

Sadie insisted that she would make the rest of the breakfast. Thank God because if this were me in the kitchen, you would have to call 911.

"So how was your guys night, besides your little party." I laughed

"It was good." Vanessa said very fast

Is my little Vanessa trying to hide something from me. I sent out a devious smile and stared at her. She glared at me. Then I made a heart with my fingers and pointed to Antonio, signaling that she likes him.

She shook her head, and tried to signal me to cut it out. Then I shook my head, this is too good to stop.

Antonio noticed us and had a weird look on his face. "You guys need help." He said

"We're fine." Vanessa said nervously, "um, Vanessa would you help me get some more juice from the fridge." I told her as I had my head pointing to the kitchen

She got up and I pulled her on the arm. "What are you doing?" She asked

"Really, you asking me this question. It's like Funshine Bear telling Grumpy Bear why is he in a happy mood." I respond

"Quit with the Care Bear insults." She said

"I won't stop, and why don't you ask Antonio out." I said

"Because, well I don't know?" She responds

"Well you should it makes since. You banged him, and he banged you. You love to fuck and so does he. Perfect couple, bam. I am so awesome at this." I said proudly

"Fine Dr. Phil." She said with a smile

"No call me Dr. Unicorn Rainbows." I said

"Whatever, but I need some help though." She said

"Why do you need help just make the date a sex related thing or go to a club. To me that the things you two are interested the most." I said

"OK." She said

We walked out of the kitchen feeling very satisfied. "Where were you guys." Antonio said

"In the kitchen, helping Sadie." I said, "were is the juice?" He asked

"We forgot it, lets just have a nice breakfast OK." I said with a huge smile.

Vanessa left a short while after breakfast. This is a good time to ask him about Vanessa's date. "So how did you think about my friend?" I asked and smiled

"Cool." Is all he said, "you know you like her." I said. "Fine, I do. No need to make a big deal about it." He said

"You guys should go on a date, I'll help you." I said, "OK, but please don't make anything awkward." He said

"You know I won't." I said, he gave me a are you serious look. "OK fine, I might make things awkward. Meet me at Dunkin Donuts tomorrow at 11 in the morning." I said

"OK, see you tomorrow." He responds
