The day finally came, nearly three weeks into tour that I'd finally be ending things with Harry for good. Or so I hoped.

The tour had been going well since Michael and I took our aquarium day. He was happier, everyone was happier, and taking a much needed day of rest today for their day off.

I woke up around noon and pulled on some shorts and a nice tee with my vans. I quickly straightened my hair and added the usual makeup.

Around 12:30 I started to do my scheduling and when that was done I moved onto checking my twitter.

Several different tweets to me asking about 5SOS popped up, questions about Michael, and such. I replied to a few and began to get really anxious as I waited for Harry. Michael and Ashton came and rescued me from my thoughts though.

"Why're you all up and ready?" Ashton asked, wiggling his eyebrows.

"'Meeting someone for a lunch." I said, smiling. "Glad to see you're all alive."

"Hot date?" Ashton continued to tease, as Michael searched for cereal.

"No, just an old friend." I said.

That's when it was all ruined. Michael saw the SUV pull up to the bus and he saw Harry get out and come to the door. Michael turned around.

"Harry?" He asked, staring at me.

"We have something to discuss." I said.

"Right, of course." Michael said bitterly before walking to the back of the bus.

I didn't have time to deal with his mood swing at the moment. I waved bye to Ashton and exited the bus to greet Harry.

"Good afternoon." He said with a deep voice.

He was as beautiful as always, chestnut locks unkempt and skinny jeans. I opened the door to get in the seat next to him as he gave the driver and address.

"How was the show last night?" He asked.

"I didn't watch." I said dryly.

"Oh." He said.

When we reached the restaurant we went in the back and were seated in seclusion. It wasn't very fancy but had dim lighting and low traffic.

I ordered a sandwich and soup before the conversation picked up.

"I don't want you to hate me." Harry said, "I'd like the opposite in fact."

"I don't know that I can give you that though. I don't think I can forget." I said.

"Lennon, we had a good ride, it wasn't going to last. We're kids." He said.

"I understand that now, but I wish you didn't give me expectations." I said.

"I tried not to. I just followed my heart and now we can't even be friends or together..." He said.

"Together?" I asked.

"Yeah, like friends with more?" He asked.

"Friends with benefits?" I asked.

"I guess?"

"You know I'm not that kind of girl. Look, I came to lunch with you to do one thing only, to fix things up so we can all be friends and put this behind us." I said.

"Good, I'll accept that for now. Friends?" He stared directly at me.

"Friends." I smiled.

"Good. I'm glad we can work through things, I appreciate it." He said.
