Chapter 11

1 week later

Mario's POV

I walked to Weston's house. I slowly brought up courage to knock on the door, and when I did kaylnn answered.

"Oh hey Mario. What's up?" She said.

"Um is Weston here?" I asked. She looked down at her feet. "Wha- what's wrong?" I said concerned.

"Mario. Weston hasn't come out of his room for a week. He only comes out to go to the bathroom. He hasn't been talking either. Sometimes he texts us but that's not often. We see him though and he looks so sad. I honestly don't know what's going on with him but I'm worried." She said. I was stunned.

"Can I try to talk to him?" I asked.

"You can try but I don't think you'll get anywhere." She said. I walked in and up the stairs to Weston's room. I was about to knock on his door when I heard a sniff. I listened more closely. He was crying.

I knocked very lightly and the crying stopped. I heard movement coming from the room. The door opened just an inch so Weston could see out. He looked at me with the one eye he had peaking out through the door way. He slammed the door right in my face.

"Weston?" I said. "It's ok you can let me in. I just want to talk."

"Why should I talk to you?" I heard him say.

"Because I'm you're friend."

"WHERE. you WHERE my friend." He said yelling where.

"Weston please let me in." I pleaded. A few moments later I felt the door open. I turned around to see Weston standing in his door way. He was wearing a black nike shirt and grey sweatpants. His hair was a mess in all different directions and his face was stained with tears. He just stood there. Staring at me.

"You got what you wanted." He said blankly. "Now it's time for me to get what I want." Before I could ask what he was talking about he punched me right in the eye. I fell backwards and he slammed the door. Leaving me there.
