Chapter 9 | Merry Christmas

Weston's POV

I looked out my window and saw a tall man walking in a black hood up the street. He looked really suspicious so I decided to follow him. I ran down the stairs practically tripping over my feet on the last step. I got back up and ran over to find shoes. I could only find slippers so why not. I then sprinted out the door. I wondered where he was going.

I saw him walk up to Mario's house. He didn't knock on the door he just walked in. Mario's parents and sisters weren't home at the time so Mario was the only on their. The man left the door open so I quickly went in a minute after him. I saw him walk up the stairs and went up after him.

Suddenly I felt myself being pushed to the ground. I looked up and saw the man towering over me. I tried to get up but he slammed his foot into mine.

"Now you listen to me little boy." The man snapped. "Your going to tell know body about this you understand?" He said sternly. I nodded my head. "Good." He muttered and walked away. I was still processing what happened when I heard a scream come from down the hall. It looked like it was coming from the guest bed room.

I got up and ran down the hall with terror taking over me every step closer to the guest bed room. I swung open the door and know body was there. I walked in farther so that now I was in the center of the room. I heard the door slam. I quickly turned around to see Mario standing there. He smirked.

"Mario? What's going on." I asked.

"You really broke her heart Weston. Which I'm totally okay with because she likes me now." He responded.

"What are you talking about?" I asked concerned.

"She's never gonna trust you again." He said laughing. I looked at him worried. "Robbie you can take it from here." He said motioning to someone behind me. I turned around and suddenly felt a stinging pain in my face as the man in the black coat punched me.
