I looked over at her and saw her wave to me. The sun was in my eyes, and everyone yelling wasn't helping. We where in PE and she had a broken leg so she had to sit out. I looked back over to her. She was sitting with 2 other girls.
I saw a car pull up behind her. Someone got out and started running towards them. They where holding something but I was too far away to see it clearly enough. I tried to look closer and realized it was a gun. I screamed to her to get down and watched her turn around and scream. I started running towards her my mind racing. The world seemed to slow down as I ran through the dew covered grass with the wind smacking my face. Then came a loud bang and I screamed as I watched her fall to the ground.
