Charlie was so excited, it had be at least a hundred years since he'd last seen his friends. Yes they kept in touch, but actually seeing them all in person... it was going to be memorable. While the countries milled around trying to piece together why the meeting had been called less then a week after the last one, Charlie expertly weaved through the crowd. He had spotted a rather familiar stony expression, and grinned when they also spotted him.

"Oslo, it's been too long, love."

The stoic blonde gave a brief smile with her mouth, while her eyes sparkled with excitement.

"It has, and don't be so formal Charlie thats no way to act around an old friend."

Taking her hand a kissing it gently, Charles said smoothly.

"But of course my lady Safira. Still... I am a gentleman."

Pushing him away playfully, while her voice remained flat as she said.

"Since when?"

Laughing at her accusation, Charlie rubbed the back of his neck.

"I suppose, still you are a lady. And as a gentleman wannabe, as well as someone who cares for you, I shall treat you with the utmost respect."

Face going red, she half heartedly hit him grumbling.

"Knock it off, your almost as bad as France, you flirt."

"Oh man, you already got Safie going. You still have not shame!"

Turning the pair was met with the laughing Capital of Poland, Warsaw better know to them as

"Izaak, still obsessed with scarfs I see."

Safira stated flatly, to which the brightly colored Capital replied by sweeping the long tails of the scarf over his shoulder saying.

"Obsessed is not the word, it all about the fashion."

"You are still as colorful as ever, try to stay away from Russia though. We don't want a repeat of last time, no?"

The quiet voice said, fallowed by the appearance of it's owner, the soft spoken Paris.

"Mari, you not having any trouble with Francis are you?"

Izaak asked hugging the much shorter girl closely. Safira cracked her knuckles, deep blue eyes blazing as she said quietly.

"I'll kill him for you if you'd like..."

Quickly waving away that idea, Mari sweat dropped quickly explaining.

"No, Francis is a perfect gentleman when he visits so you don't have to kill him just yet."

Safira's blazing blue fire eyes died down, placing one hand on the shorter girls shoulder saying.

"Just let me know when you want me to kill him for you."

"You two are just as sweet as maple syrup, like always."

The warm voice of Ottawa, other wise known as Christopher said. The larger, more heavy set young man was smiling down at his friends. Charlie cracked a smile at the fact Chris still had on his red mountie jacket on, despite claiming that he'd started to hate wearing it after some of the local kids in the Canadians neighborhood started asking if he was Santa Claus.

Noticing Charlies expression, then what he was looking at Chris said in an embrassed tone.

"Canada was so set on me wearing this I just couldn't say no, he had that kicked puppy look again so..."

Patting his friends shoulder in understanding (which was a bit of a reach), Charlie gave his friend a sympatic smile.

"I see, you started the said "party" with out me, I will try to ignore this disrespect and instead bring my friends a cheerful greetings, aru."

The heavily accented voice of Beijing spoke behind Charlie, despite the severe disapproving look on his face the Chinese teen smiled after a few moments.

"Do not take it so personally cousin, it is really great to see you all again."

Tokyo, or  Yuki didn't have as thick of an accent as his cousin but it was still there none the less. The Japanese teen was wearing anime tee shirt, his long black hair had been tied into a braid that hung down his back. Yuki seemed very excited, if a little distracted.

"Is D.C. here yet? I was looking rather forward to meeting him, after hearing about him from Japan."

Safira nodded in agreement, before saying.

"Yes, Norway had rather positive things to say about the American Capital."

The others quietly agreed as well, Charlie was about to break the news when Mari suddenly asked.

"Where is Giovanni? He should be here by now, it's not like him to be so late, no?"

"But it is like Italy to be this late, we'll probably see him a few minutes after the meeting starts if Poland doesn't stretch the truth about these meetings."

Izaak said in a bored tone, Safira only shrugged.

"You can never tell with that one. Anyway I think the meeting's about to start, we should return to our countries."

"Good idea, before Russia sits on Mathew again I'd better get over there."

Chris said, turning to save his country from another meeting being a chair again. The other Capitals fallowed soon after, except for Charlie. His pocket had buzzed, alerting him to an incoming text. Instantly recognizing the number, he flipped the phone open.

'I need to talk to you, it's about our discussion earlier this week, meet me in south hall after the meeting.'
