"Get her out of here!" I heard my dad yell, his sense of urgency was frightening me.

"Dad?" I called as I looked for him.

"Victoria, we must be off."  Alex, my dad's colleague said in a hushed tone.

My dad tries to get me to call him "King Alex" because he's also a king, but I refuse to. Why should I give him a title, if they won't respect me enough to give me my title as Princess? The king of the Netherlands has no power over me.

"Where?" I asked, still looking for my dad as he ran off while holding onto my wrist.

"There's been a deceleration for war. The Royal family is in danger. You are their golden opportunity to try and force the surrender of London. We can't let that happen," he informed me as we continued to run, turning to get to the secret corridor.

"Who's declared war?"

"I'll explain more later," he said, but I stopped and pulled my wrist from him.

"No. I want to know now. Who's declared war and why?" I demanded quietly as I heard people run by the hidden door of the secret corridor.

He sighed, running a hand through his hair, clearly frustrated with my stubbornness.

"Fine. Germany has declared war because they want us to raise our exporting trade to them by fifty percent since we are 'more fortunate' than them. They have threatened the Royal family, and they're after you, now we must hurry. Please Victoria." He was practically begging me to continue.

"They won't find us here. This is the most top secret spot in all of London. Where are you taking me?"

He tugged on his hair as he cursed under his breath. "I'm taking you to America."

"Where in America? What about Greyson?" Greyson is my boyfriend. I didn't like him much at first, but he's the best thing that's ever happened to me. He's Alex's son, so that makes him a prince, but he's nothing like his father.

His father is rude and annoying, whilst Greyson isn't.

"I'm taking you to Clay, Minnesota. Greyson will be with us. Now please, hurry Victoria!" He groaned.

"But-"

"Hier drüben! Ich habe eine Tür gefunden!" I heard unfamiliar accents.

"Victoria! You and your stubbornness is going to get England killed!" Alex whisper-shouted as he dragged me on to the exit door. When we got out there, I saw a helicopter running, and ready for take off.

"Get in!" Alex said as he pushed me towards the door. I climbed in, and I felt a hand grab onto mine and help me up. I looked up to see the hand belonged to Greyson.

I felt the slightest bit of safety after seeing him. I let him help me up before I buckled myself in and squeezed his hand.

"Are you coming too Greyson?" I asked him.

"Sadly, no I'm not. I'll be there when you get to Clay, Minnesota, but I will not be staying."

"Who will be there with me? I'm only sixteen, I can't possibly live by myself." I asked him as I hugged him tightly.

"Your mum. She'll be living with you. You guys have to stay hidden though. You can't be royalty there."

"I don't understand?"
