Chapter #9

I helped Sofie on fixing her closet after breakfast, but after that she was exhausted and she can't hardly breathe.

I tried to call my mom on phone, but she stopped me and she said that she just needs me. I just nodded and went to her side.

"So uhmmm what can I do?" Nervousness was in me what if I can't help her?

"Just help... me breathe..." I nodded and she held my hand.

"Okay Sofie, feel me alright?" she smiled for assurance. "Okay...Breathe in...breathe out. Breathe with me." I felt her pulse in her wrists starting settle.

"Breathe in...breathe out." I continued doing this until I saw her calm and normal in breathing again.

"Thanks Bri..."

"Of course...anything for my little sister, but why didn't you want to call mom and dad?"

"Cause they treat me like a 4 year old kid with a cancer..."

"But you have one, Sof and its stage three we really have to take care of you." I explained.

"But you guys can take care of me normally, I want to be back to who I was back then, Bri..." I understand her this is to much for her to take in... she's too young, she's too young to have a certain chance to die.

"Look..." I rose up and took a paper and pen from.her table
"Put in this paper whatever you wanted to do...anything it's like your bucketlist. Remember to Cherish every moment with God and your family." She smiled and took the paper from me. Lied down at her tummy and started writing.

"Uhmm Sofie while you do that I need to get ready, I've got to go somewhere okay? When I come back we'll start doing it okay?" she nodded and wemt towards me and gave me a hug. "Thanks." she whispered.

"Your Welcome." I whispered back and placed a kiss in her forehead.

I went to my room and took a nice relaxing shower. I wrapped my hair with the towel and just weared this cute crop top and some denim shorts.

I walked around my room and saw the letters, Reid gave me. I took and sat down at my bed.

I should read all this before I go to my former school. With what I have done to Reid last night I'm just ashamed of myself.

I took all letters and put aside what I've read and I remember it having an underlined letter which was "I".

I started reading the letters. He took back some memories of the past. Just knew somethings, his feelings for me just right now.

I wrote all the underlined letters:

°Third-O
°Fourth-V
°Fifth-E
°Sixth-Y
°Seventh-O
°Eighth-U

...I Love You... he does like me not like, but love. The worst thing is he started liking me when we, Cam and I, were still together.

I'm like I feel so bad, so guilty. I've known him for such a long time. I know every secret of him...except this.

I kept all my letters when I noticed it was already lunch time and dad and mom left for some business meeting.

"Sof, you want some Pizza or something?" I shouted.

She opened her door and let her head out. "Yeah sure, I was just craving for that."
I smiled and took my phone and wallet and head downstairs.

I ordered our favorite, Four Cheese Pizza. Minutes later the delivery guy came. I gave my payment and called Sofie to eat.

After that she went back to her and said that she was going to finish her bucketlist.

Well for me I heading to my former school. It was already 1 pm and Railey told me to go their at exactly 5.

Moments later while I was watching TV. Mom and dad arrived. They entered our house with great big smiles on their faces.

"What's with Joker like smile?" they looked at each other and sat beside me.

"Uhmm what's happening?" I got nervous what's with the smiling and the sitting beside me moment. What's going on?

"We got great new for you and for our whole family." Mom held me my hand and I sat up straight to listen to them.

"You've always known Paula Hamilton right? The one. who we always have meetings and investments with right?" I nodded to catch up with what there saying.

"Well earlier...she offered your mom and I this company to handle."

"Oh my god I'm so happy for you guys." They both smiled at me.

"But that's not it..."

"What more?" I asked eagerly.

"The company's in California." My eyes grew big that means there moving to California, a place they would be closer to me while I study.

"Re..ally..." I stuttered. I pulled them both near me Nd hug them.

"I'm so proud of you guys." I whispered to them. I can't believe it they'll be with me when I come back to California.

"So you're coming with me when I come back to LA?"

"Maybe one week after. We still have to pick out a house to live in. Well we can't live in your dorm right?" I gave them a smile that surely proves that I'm excited to be with them in LA.

I checked my watch and it was already quarter to 5 and I to go to my former school, to meet Railey for her project.

"Going somewhere sweetie?" mom asks.

I stood up and fixed myself infront of the mirror. "Yeah going to school...my former school I mean. Going to help Railey with something."

"Okay then take care of yourself okay. Where is Sofie by the way?" Dad asks taking off his glasses.

"Do some bucketlist." I told them, both of them looked at each other and then me.

"What?" I chuckled.

"Nothing...go on maybe Rai is waiting for you." Mom standed up and kiss me in the cheeks. "Be home before 10, okay?" I let out a sigh.

"Mom I'm not a kid who needs a call time to go home..." mom laughed and just hugged me.

"But your still my lil' baby, Bri." She was hugging me tight and twirling me around.

"Oh mom, love you too, but I have to go mom." she let go and I took my bag.

I grab a hold of the doorknob and looked back at the living room. "Bye guys, see you later!" I shouted.

"See you later, Sweetheart." dad replied.

Wow that was long and late. It was like days when I updated this.

So what do you guys think? Will Bri be the only one doing Railey's project or there will be someone else?
