Heyo! I know all of you people reading are like, "Hey! TheHetalianGirl! YOU HAVEN'T UPDATED IN 2 MONTHS!!!" And here's my answer... CALM YOUR DAMN UNDERPANTIES!!! So the next three chapters (this one included) will be three different characters perspectives (In order: Jessie, Alex, Karina) in order to see how each character will react to Karen's text. Here's your chapter, now sit your ass down, grab some popping corn, and read you wonderful person!
Jessie's POV
*Beep Beep*
My phone started rapidly beeping with my text tone. It was three in the morning and someone thought it would be a good idea to mess with a sleeping Jessie, its fun when I do it to other people but if someone does it to me...they better watch their back. I was about to put my phone on silent but before I could, I saw a spam of texts from Karen in a new group chat she created with Alex, Karina and I in it. I decided that if there's only the three of us in a chat room then it had to be something Chloe related. I thought 'Meh, why not' and unlocked my phone to read the abundance of texts.
CHAT ROOM: KAREN, JESSIE, ALEX, KARINA
KAREN: IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT!
KAREN: I NEED ALL OF YOUR HELP!!!!
KAREN: ANSWER!!!!!!!!!
KAREN: Ok maybe all of you will just read this in the morning.
KAREN: I need you guys to help me to help Cara.
KAREN: She wants to find out if Chloe has any feelings for her and win her back.
At this point I couldn't understand a few things, 1. Why is Karen texting about this at three in the morning? 2. Why can't she just text in ONE, SINGULAR text box? And 3. How the hell are the others and I supposed to help? All things were answered in ONE text.
KAREN: Cara and I were talking earlier and she told me that before she leaves she wants to try and win back Chloe. I think that since we are friends with Cara we should help her. I know that Chloe is dating Eugene but there may be a chance that Chloe still feels something towards Cara. I'm thinking that we can all try and get some kind of info from Chloe about this. I need your help for some ideas on how to do this. Please respond with something good.
After a few moments of silence in the chat room a name popped up at the top, indicating that someone was typing. It was Alex. It's a surprise to see her up at this time.
ALEX: I think that since I knew Chloe the longest I should try the more direct approach. I'll ask her.
I knew that if Alex were to do that straight away then Chloe will definitely know what's going on. I decided to text back.
JESSIE: Maybe I should be first to talk to Chloe. I'll try asking her indirectly so she won't get too suspicious about it too quickly.
KAREN: Alright, so Jessie you talk first then if that doesn't work then we let Alex go.
KARINA: Okay but what am I supposed to do?
KAREN: Karina... Oh! I know. You can be in charge of trying to get Cara and Chloe alone. I mean, if none of us can get her talk then it's up to Cara.
KARINA: Alright!
KAREN: I will be in charge of delivering all news to Cara.
ALEX: So first Jessie, then me and Karina is if worst comes to worst?
KAREN: yup.
JESSIE: ok. Now since that is settled...CAN WE PLEASE GO BACK TO SLEEP!!?!?!?!?!!?!
