"Splash, Friday... What's the meaning of this?" I heard a deep voice I turned around a little startled and see a larger Orca with a dorsal fin that looked as high as a skyscraper in my point of view.
"Dad!' The both of them exclaimed at the same time. I swallowed hard I was so scared.
"Dad this is my friend Lua... she can-"Splash was cut off
" She can what tell others of her species that we're here and be threatened, to get separated and mistreated... there, all the same, Splash." The bull orca said followed by another female orca, I'm guessing that their mother.
"but I'm not like them... I'm very different believe me." I took up the courage to interrupt them. Splash and Friday moving apart so the bull orca could see me, I was still holding to Splash flipper.
"wait... you understood me?" he asked shocked also making the female orca open her eyes wide in surprise.
"yes, I-i did, and I wanna say I'm nothing like the other people, I'm completely different. I made a special bond with the most amazing animal there is and I don't want that to change... please accept me" I said
both orcas looked at each other and then at their children.
"Most definitely, all of you are the same, it makes no difference that you can understand us, and you two are to not see her aga--" he got interrupted by the orca behind him.
"Honey enough, don't do that let's talk about this. This is really important" she said with her very soft but yet persuasive voice. He looked at her for a while and took a deep breath as he closed his eyes for patience.
"Fine... we'll talk about it, but you two are going home right this instant," he told to the young orcas. Splash lifts me up to her back as the others turn around, She took me back to the harbor.
"Thanks... um, Splash how will I know I can see you again?" I asked. She looked at me and winked.
"don't worry, you will," She said as she turned around and swam away. I stayed staring into the distance for a while as I see her breach and doing a little wave. I waved back excited hoping I'll see her again. With that, I quickly made my way back home as I realized it was time for school....

With the Orcas....
" Ocean what do you wish to speak of that is so important," The bull orca said annoyed.
"Ooh Anchor you know what I'm going to say... I told you there's more of us out there, that's why I never lost hope like you did years ago maybe we ca---- " she got interrupted.
"Ocean enough I've told you before I'm gonna tell you again, there's no more of "us" out there, we slowly have gone extinct, remember why we haven't gone to our true forms, to be able to be closer to protect other Orcas. Just because one little girl had a connection with our children means she's part of the tribe." He slowly explained.
"please Anchor... we could have a chance here to bring more people to protect our kind, please understand, this means a lot for me... for us... plus the kids get along with her. She had a connection, a true connection. Please, she showed it in her eyes she'll take in anything to protect us and be with us. Let us try it" she comes closer to him and look at him straight in the eye with a begging look. Anchor grins to the side.
"you were always so persuasive with your beautiful eyes, okay we'll try it but with precautions all to see if she actually belong with us," He said. She came in closer and went under and nudged him softly on his side.
"Thank you," she said as she put both their beaks together for a few seconds. They had their heads together swimming happily into the night.

It was morning.....
and I was getting ready for the day it was finally Saturday no school. I went downstairs to eat breakfast.
"Hey, Cam Cam! Hey, Kev!" I said
"HI," both of them said in unison. I sit down and my mom placed breakfast in front of me. Mmm! Yummy! Eggs, Bacon, and Pancakes.As we ate we made small conversation.
"So what you did yesterday in the morning, Lua? " Mom asked. I stayed quiet for a while thinking of something.
"I u-um made two new friends on the beach..." way to go, Lua
"Really what are their names?" Mom asked. Think Lua think.
"u-um Paola and Erick" Yeah, sure let's go with that.
"pretty nice, are you introducing your best friend to them?" she asked
"sure eventually when the time it's right" shut up Lua.
We all finished breakfast, I finished helping mom with the dishes and quickly go upstairs. As I enter my room I opened the window as the ocean breeze caressed my face I close my eyes as it feels amazingly good. I heard the release of mist to the distance I open my eyes and see two dorsal fins come out of the calm waves. Could it be... I heard clicking sounds and decided to try and get a closer look. as I'm about to turn around I hear from the distance "LUA!!".It was her!!! I ran down the stairs as quickly as I could.
"whoa calm down there... where are you going in such a hurry?" Mom asked me.
"To meet my friends, see you later mom, bye Love you!" I yelled out as I ran out the door towards the Harbor. When I reached towards the edge of the harbor I quickly kneeled down splashing the water. I was breathing heavily as I called out Splash's name, looking around for her when she finally comes out of the water doing a spy hopping motion/
"SPLASH!!" "LUA!!" we both said our name out loud as I hugged her around her beak.
"Can we see each other again?" I asked excitedly.
"Even better, come with me," Splash said I looked at her a little confused but I got on her back as she started to swim away from the harbor.
"where are we going?" I asked confused.
'You'll see, hold on to my fin cause we going for a ride" I did as she told and grabbed a big breath and hold onto her dorsal fin. Hmm, I wonder where she's taking me...
