A/N: Picture above of is Jayde ( I used a picture of Madison Beer, she's really pretty). There would be a collage but Wattpad wouldn't load it onto here. Sorry. Like I swear, it happened in BAVNAE.

Sutton walked out of their bathroom wearing a mid-thigh length dress in a shade of white. It flowed from her waist like a shortened, Greek goddess dress. Her growing, brown hair was french twisted into a head band with curls falling onto her shoulders. As if they sprouted over night, there were small white wings cupping her shoulders.

"Woah..." Jon looked at her wide-eyed, taking in everything about her.

"Woah yourself," Sutton smiled at Jon's costume. A white T-shirt with a leather jacket cover his torso. His jeans ran down to his combat boots and his hair was spiked up.

"Well, let's go so I can show you off," Jon hooked his arm in Sutton's and they walked out of their room down to the hotel's ballroom.

They arrived on the red carpet, seeing the mass of people already inside. They strutted in, a star couple. They went to the dance floor just as a person jumped on stage. And that person happened to be Ricky Garcia.

"Hello, everybody! Considering this is a Halloween party, it would be wrong if we didn't have a costume contest! We'll be voting for best couple costume, scariest costume, and most adorable costume! Voting tables are in that corner," he pointed to a far side of the room where people were already hunched over, "And have a good time!" He jumped off the stage and was out of Sutton's view as the music started up.

"If you want to leave, you can," Jon suggested, intending only she go.

"No, I shouldn't have to worry about them all the time. It'll only become a problem if they come up to me," Sutton said and for a split second she thought she heard Jon let out an exasperated sigh. She shook it off.

The two danced for the first hour and then Sutton needed to sit down, the wedges she'd chosen were not as worn in as she had thought. Jon offered to get them refreshments and headed to the back of the room.

He shuffled around, trying to fit the two plates and two cups of red juice in his hands.

"Hey, hottie," a familiar voice said beside him. Jon looked up to see Jayde as she took one of the cups out of his hands. He smiled widely, but of vanished as he remembered Sutton.

"Um, that's for.."

"Me, I know," Jayde said, leaning against the table and looking out into the crowd. "I haven't seen you in forever, babe." She looked back over to Jon, who was still trying to manage the plates.

"Yeah," he said distractedly. Jayde noticed and set her own cup down.

"Then let's catch up," she smiled devilishly and grabbed the things out of Jon's hands, setting them on the table. She grabbed his collar and leaned in.

"Uh, Jon?" Jon jumped back to see Liam standing there, just as Ricky and Emery walked up.

"What's going on here?" Emery asked.

"It's not what it looks like," Jon starts.

"Jon's my boyfriend, didn't you know?" Jayde cuts in.

"Girlfriend? I thought that was Sutton," Ricky says.

"What's taking so lo-?" Sutton walks up, seeing the scene in front of her. "Jon? Who's she?"

"I'm his girlfriend," Jayde answers for him.

"Girlfriend?" Sutton asks. Her eyes start to water and the tears fall down her cheeks in salty beads.

She turns around and heads out of the ball room as fast as she can in the shoes she was wearing.

"And you tried to make us the bad guys," Liam spat out angrily before running after Sutton.

Liam was followed by Ricky and Emery. They found her on the stairway, sitting and crying.

"Sutton," Liam half whispered, slowly getting closer to Sutton.

"What do you want? To make me feel better then leave again?" Sutton lashed out.

"No," Risky sat down next to her.

"We are here for you. We don't want to see anyone hurt you like that ever again," Emery said.

"Yeah, right," Sutton looked up at the guys, showing the red puffiness of her eyes.

"Guys, can you give us a moment?" Liam looked at Ricky and Emery. They nodded and left the stairway in the direction of the party.

"Why did you ask them to leave?" Sutton looked at Liam. He sat down next to Sutton on the stairwell, taking Ricky's place.

"To do this," Liam leaned in and planted a kiss on Sutton's lips and pulled away a moment later.

"Liam," Sutton whispered.

"You don't have to say anything," Liam scratched the back of his head

"No, I do," Sutton put her hands on his and smiled, "I never thought my kiss with you would also be with a Hawaiian tourist." Sutton laughed and Liam joined her.

"Well, I didn't think I'd get to kiss an angel," Liam smiled at her even wider.

Sutton shook her head and grabbed Liam's hand, leading both of them back to the party. Walking down the hallway, Liam wrapped his arm around Sutton's waist, giving her a small kiss on the forehead every few steps.

"Where were you guys? The party's over now," Bailee asked them as they walked into the room only to see their friends cleaning up. "Sutton!" Bailee exclaimed once she saw Sutton. She engulfed her in a hug.

They all laughed and joined in on the hug, standing there, arms tangled together like ropes, keeping them together.
