The next month, Jon had been forgotten by new songs and new relationships...
"Stop, Liam!" Sutton laughed just as Liam grabbed her waist.
"I found her!" Liam yelled and everyone came running back laughing.
"Finally! I'm hungry!" Ricky said, rubbing his stomach.
"Then let's head back to the house," Bailee smiled, grabbing Emery's hand.
The six friends walked back to their house, the country side retreat with 3 stories of pure them. The first floor had a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. The second floor including their rooms, with their own personal bathrooms. And the third floor with a home recording studio and a game room.
Once inside, Emery kicks his feet up in the living room, turning on the TV as the three girls headed to the kitchen to cook.
"Hey, mom," Sutton greeted her, surprised she was home.
"Hey, Sutton," her mom said as she kissed her forehead.
"Hey, mom," the others said in unison as they headed towards their dining room for lunch.
"I have ham and cheese subs with mayonnaise and pickles, chips and everybody's favorite... Baby pickles wrapped in ham!" Sutton's mom walked in with Petunia behind her, both of them carrying plates and setting them in front of everyone.
"Thank you, mamma!" Everyone said, and began to eat.
A little while later, Sutton sat in her room alone. The boys were recording and writing and the girls were at a photoshoot. She turned on her camera, ready to make her new weekly video.
"Hey guys! Today is, uh, going to be a bit more serious than normal. For those of you who have been with me since or before I blew up, know that Jon and I were an item. And you know we broke up. But as an early Christmas present, I'm going to let you in on the truth." Sutton smiled, but it was forced.
"Now, rumors say Liam got in the way and broke us up. But what actually happened was at the Halloween party back in October, Jon and I went together," Sutton explained what really happened on her night of loss and gain.
And as she talked, the boys walked by her open door and stopped. Sutton didn't notice them and continued with her video.
"And I feel like there hasn't been closure with me and Jon, though he has Jayde. But that's because he still attempts to call me, and text me, and DM me, just as if it didn't happen. Because he doesn't want me to do this, give him bad press. But it's the truth. And for closure - for my closure - I am sending him this," Sutton held up a Polaroid of her, "and you guys are coming with me as I put it on the mailbox to send it to him." She kissed the picture and put it in an envelope that already had the addresses of Jon and herself scribbled on it. She sealed the envelope and grabbed her camera.
As she walked out of the door, she saw the boys and they nodded understandingly and followed her to their mailbox.
"Its what needs to be done," Sutton said to the camera and turned it off.
"That's brave," Emery said.
"How?" She asked.
"Setting closure for a person who was once you're savior," Ricky answered.
"But I have a new savior," Sutton smiled at Liam and they all hugged right there in their driveway.
