"Sterling I don't want to do this.'" I tell him in a whisper. "I never had to do it, I already was bloodthirsty. You don't want to know how many I've killed, it was the past but I'm in control now. Just don't lose control quickly. I assume he'll test you based off how fast you cave I would imagine. Abigail is a nice girl, she wants this so don't feel bad." He says sighing. "I just want to be left alone right now. I don't want to do this." I whisper again as he hovers over me on the bed. "It'll be over before you know it." He whispers as he kisses my forehead as he gets off the bed.

I hesitantly get up off the bed and begin to get ready for my test. Before I know it my hair is pulled up and I'm wearing my typical combat boots and one of my black training outfits. I notice Sterling left as I got ready as I walk out of my room. I begin my trek down to the kitchen before I feel someone grab my hand and pull me down the hallway in a different direction. "What the hell?" I ask the man pulling me. "Shut up." He says his brown eyes narrowed as he throws me into a dark room and locks the door behind him. I hear frantic breaths and a racing heartbeat and I know exactly where I am. My eyes adjust and I see a terrified Abigail in the corner hugging herself lightly.

"Where's the damn light?" I growl under my breath as she shrieks. I notice the metallic smell in the air and I can feel myself craving the sweet blood. I put that thought aside and finally find the switch and turn it on as I sit under the light. "Hey there!" I tell her smiling. "Uh Hi." She whispers. "Are you afraid?" I ask as I avoid looking at her bleeding wrist. "Y-Yes." She stutters. "Go ahead and take a seat, this is a time thing so just don't move your wrist or cut yourself worse otherwise I'll hurt you." I tell her honestly as I focus my mind on something other than her blood.

"You want this right?" I ask her as she nods her head. "Just do it already Estrella, I'm tired of being weak. She begs me. "As you wish." I tell her as I stand up and flash over to her. I pin her against the wall and my fangs drop. "You sure?" I ask once again. "Positive." She whispers as I sink my fangs into her neck. She begins to struggle at first before I feel her going limp in my grasp. I hear her heart slow to a sicking pace before it stops all together and she falls to the ground.

I sigh as I pull myself off of her and towards the door. I hear the door unlock and I quickly flash past my dad, Sterling and a few others on my way to the garage. I grab the keys on the hook by the door and run over to my car and I hop in. I see my dad watching me by the door with a confused look on his face before I back out and zoom off into the distance. I make it to the gates guarding the mansion and I see guards watching me. Before I know it I'm long gone from the house with no communication to connect me to anyone from the house.

I don't know where I drive to but I kick up the speed and leave. I pull over to just clear my mind at some random national forest. I grab my keys and lock my car as I enter the snow covered forest and I just continue to walk playing my mind of all the scenarios my new found brother has told me. I don't even want to think about it, my dad loves me for me. I'm not a shame to the crown or to his ego am I? "I don't care if that's how you feel about it. It's happening you know that. As if The King realizes that, he's too busy trying to convince his daughter to be turned. He wouldn't know until it's too late. The wolves would move in too quick for them to realize the plan. We're already doomed due to the fact that they outnumber us." A mans voice carries through the forest.

I quickly but quietly follow the voice through the thick snow. "Okay I get that Noah, the point is we need to be on the winning side, which we all know is the wolves. Do you not understand that? If we were to choose our own side we would be at a loss, we would lose so quick. Wouldn't you rather still remain living? I'm not sure how I would convince them to allow us to live due to the fact that we are vampires but I think with the right motivation and connections I have will get us on the winning side. Yes. Wait no. No. I'll talk to you later about this." He says loudly.

I find the man by a cave opening angrily shutting his phone down and stomping deeper into the cave. "I just don't understand!" He yells to no one in particular. "Here I am camping out like some idiot waiting for a fledging who doesn't know up from down. No wonder why he was discarded once he turned!" He yells again. I slowly sneak into the cave and remain quiet trying to gather more information off his ramblings. If there's a fight coming between wolves and vampires shouldn't I know about it?

The sun begins to set as I crouch in my hidden place waiting for anything, or anyone to say something. I adjust myself and I hear my keys rattle and I tense up. "Who's there?" The man asks loudly. I begin to back up back outside the cave until I feel a tight grip on my waist and a hand over my mouth. "Ah I guess I found the culprit myself." He beckons as he pins back my arms. "Let me go!" I scream through his hand. "Now I can't do that! Who knows how much you've heard." He whispers in my ear.

"Now what to do with you." He says while one of his hands reaches up and hits my pressure point causing me to getting drowsy. I try to shove him away with what strength I before I fall into the darkness. "Estrella. Have you decided what you want to do yet?" My brothers voice rings through my head as I open my eyes and take in the details. We're in a garden with roses, I lay on the stone bench while my brother fiddles with the roses. "I don't understand what you want. Why are you telling me lies?" I whisper as I sit myself up and I notice I'm wearing a black dress and no shoes. "I'll show you proof if you so desire." He whispers as the scenery changes.
