Milan held A'liyah on her lap while A'lijah rode his skywalker around the venue. They've been here along with Meeca's brother, two sisters and her parents for about an hour. Meeca's wedding was in a month and she still hadn't found a dress to her liking. Everything she tried on was either too ugly, too plain, made her look old, made her look slutty or didn't have enough bling. Meeca was definitely the bridezilla of all bridezillas. Milan paid attention to her phone while waiting on Meeca to reveal one of the dresses she was trying on in the dressing room.
"A'lijah please be careful on that thing. I don't want you messing up one of these dresses and the employees come out here talkin about I owe them some money." Milan instructed.
He nodded. "Okay mom."
The dressing room door opened and everyone got prepared to see Meeca in her dress. She walked out in the most beautiful dress ever. It was long and flowy with a creamy white color. The top half of the dress had shining Swarovski crystals and the bottom had a thick layer of fabric for a competed look. It was strapless and fitted her C cups perfectly. The train behind the dress was long but not overly long. Everything was perfect, just how Meeca wanted it to be.
Meeca's mother, Diana burst out in tears. "You look so beautiful, my baby girl. My youngest one."
Meeca twirled around in a circle to show off the rest of the dress. It was amazing. She stood on the podium with her hands placed on her hips and smiled at everyone. "What do you guys think? Give me honest decisions."
Milan grinned. "That's my bestfriend, that's my bestfriend. Yes, you betta, you betta, go bestfriend. Slay these bitches lives."
"Thanks bitch." Meeca blew Milan a kiss. Milan caught it and sat it in her burgundy Celinè purse.
"Um everything's fine. I don't like how your boobs are bigger than mines but other than that, you look good." Tiffany joked causing everyone including the owner of the dress shop to chuckle.
"You look amazing." Meeca's other sister Kiana chimed in.
Meeca cheesed. "Okay so far everyone likes. What about you guys?" She asked her brother and father.
Her father Malcolm nodded. "You look amazing baby girl. I don't like the thought of it but I know once Jaydin sees you in this dress, you'll turn up pregnant the next week."
Meeca laughed.
"I'm rockin' wit it baby sis. Do ya thang." Her brother Dontay answered.
"Okay so I'm going to get it, how much?" She asked the lady.
"Fifteen thousand." The woman answered.
"Thanks to my fiancé, I don't have a budget." Meeca smiled and pulled a card out of her Louis Vuitton tote. Milan watched as her family's eyes widened after seeing her being able to pay for the amount. Meeca's fiancé was in one of the biggest drug rings in all of Philadelphia. Fifteen thousand was nothing to him especially when he was bringing it more than that in a week. But, if Meeca's family found out what Jaydin did for a living, he would not be marrying their baby girl. So being the best bestfriend she is, Milan made a promise to never tell.
"Finally that's over, now I can relax. The wedding is in exactly four weeks from now so we have plenty of time to chill." Milan let out a much needed breath of relief.
