It was the day of the court thing. When Liam and Niall picked you guys up, Niall was in the back. "Can I sit next to dad?" You asked Louis. He nodded and got in the back. Niall's smile dropped. When you got in you saw that they were all in suites. "You three clean up well. Is Harry going to be there?" "Yeah he'll be there watching us." Liam replied. You nodded. "So Y/n, how does it feel that I might be your new dad?" You sighed. "Not that exciting actually because if you expect me to call you dad I won't be." Niall looked down, Liam shook his head and Louis chuckled. "If she ends up with you two just one thing. She will never loose her sass." Niall rolled his eyes. When you got there you all saw Harry waiting on you. "OI! OI!" You and Louis said. Harry looked up and smiled. "Well if it isn't the 1 2 Tomlinson crew." He said hugging you. "You nervous?" He asked the three boys. Louis and Liam nodded. "Not really." Niall said. "I know for a fact that Y/n, will end up with us." "Keep dreaming Niall." You said and you all walked in. Half an hour later you were in. "So this is about the custody of Y/n." You all nodded. "Now Mr Tomlinson before this all started it was said that you and Liam had a fight and you pushed him downstairs?" Louis sighed and nodded. "Yeah that's right and I regret every minute of it." The judge nodded. "Now Mr Payne, it says that you are now with Mr Horan?" "Yep." "Is it true you were with Mr Tomlinson?" He nodded. "Now I'm going to call you Y/n, because I don't know what last name you want to be called." You nodded. "Now Y/n, you are really close to Mr Tomlinson?" You nodded. "Yes that's right." "Are you close with Mr Horan?" "No not really. He broke my dads up. No way I'm going to be close to him." Louis smirked along with Harry. Niall shook his head. "I see. Now all four of you. You are all like family?" You all nodded. "Well you all seem so close. That is apart from Y/n, and Mr Horan." You giggled. "Well I'm sorry to say this Y/n, but Mr Horan and Mr Payne you have full custody." He then slammed his hammer on the stand. "HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE?!" Harry said standing up making everyone look at him. "THEY JUST SAID THAT THEY WEREN'T CLOSE YET YOU'RE STILL MAKING HER GO WITH THEM?!!" "SIR CALM DOWN!!" The judge yelled. "No! She's all that Louis has left and you just make her leave him like he was nothing! He doesn't even get a say! I'm sick of this!" You just stood there crying looking at your dad Louis. He just smiled softly at you. "I don't want to go with them." You said whispering. When you and Louis were allowed to leave you ran into Louis' arms. It lasted nearly 4 minutes when Niall pulled you two apart. "LET GO ME!!" You yelled. He let got of your hand and you ran back to Louis. This time it only lasted 2 minutes. "You need to go." Louis said pulling back. "No!" You said crying. "Y/n, you need to love." "Why aren't you fighting for me?!" You yelled. "You're my dad fight for me!" Louis just sighed. "I can't. You're their daughter now." Then he left. "DAD DON'T LEAVE ME!!" Harry got in the car with him. "HARRY?!" But he ignored you as well. When they left and were out of sight you turned to Niall and Liam. "ARE YOU HAPPY?!! YOU GOT WHAT YOU WANTED!! The last words he said to me was that I'm your daughter now. So well down Niall you officially ruined not only my dads relationship but my relationship with him." You then got into the car and Liam and Niall slowly joined you. "Y/n-" Liam started but you interrupted. "Don't talk to me!" He sighed and then the rest of the drive home was quite. When you all got home you ran upstairs. And slammed the door. Half an hour later you heard the doorbell. "It's just Y/n's stuff." "Dad." You whispered. You ran downstairs and saw Louis. "Why did you ignore me when you left?" "So I didn't take you back with me." "You should have." He laughed. "I can still see you. You're just not allowed go stay with me." You sighed. "I'm going to miss you." He sighed and gave you another hug. "You're making this so much harder." He said chuckling through his tears. "Phone me every night." He whispered. "And you'll be coming on tour with us so you will technical-" "actually no she won't. She'll be staying with my mum or Liam's." Niall said. You just groaned. "I hate you." You said to Liam and Niall. Then storming back upstairs. Louis sighed. "Well I better get going." He said nodding. "BYE Y/N!!" "BYE DAD LOVE YOU!!" "LOVE YOU TOO!!" Then he left. Liam sighed and sat down. "My own daughter hates me." Niall sighed and sat down beside him. "We'll fix this Liam don't worry. She'll warm up to it." "I hope so. If we don't. She's going back to Louis." I'll do part 4 tomorrow. Thanks for reading :-)
