Aphmau's POV:
Aphmau was shocked at first, then she thought about it, then she remembered how he had been trying to make her laugh, trying to have her be happy and make the best of the situation she was in. And how she was laughing and having a really good time, even when she tried to cover it up. All those thoughts came rushing back to her and hit her in the face with the force of a building. Only now did she realise how obvious it had been that Zane loved her....... and how obvious it was that her own love for her had grown for him.
Enough so that she would climb a sheer cliff, endure pain and suffering for him if she had to, just to be with him. She fell back into the world, and saw it from an entirely new point of view. How she had said she would have ecstatic if she saw Zane had died, yet, only know did she realize that wouldn't be the case. If Zane was dead, she would have been shattered. How she would rather take her own life, than have Zane die.
Zane sat there in front of her, almost sulking. She reacted to that look with, lifting his chin up so that he would be looking at her, and kissed him. He was surprised at first, but, then he kissed back. His kiss was fiery, passionate, and most of all, filled with longing. Aphmau soon found herself enjoying it.
Zane's POV:
Zane couldn't believe it. The girl of his dreams had kissed him! He loved her so much. They stopped kissing, and Aphmau was bright red. "Did anyone ever tell you how beautiful you look when you blush?" Zane asked. Aphmau replied, "Zane, I want to go back to Phoenix drop. Just so I can see how everyone is." Zane looked at her with sad eyes. "I wish I could let you. I really do. But, my father is keeping us here.
Aphmau looked really sad. Zane sighed and said, "Look Aphmau, I really want to let you head over to Phoenix drop. I'm so, so sorry. If there were some way, anyway at all....." He trailed off. He sighed. "I will find a way to get you back to Phoenix Drop. I promise you." The next morning he went to his father's room. "Father. I need to speak with you. Lady Aphmau and I would like to go back to Phoenix Drop." His Father looked at him and said, "Alright Zane. However, you must come back to O'kasis every other month for a week. "Deal!" Zane said
