Chapter 7

Zane POV

I opened my eyes and looked around. I wasn't in the cell I fell asleep in. I was in an valley in front of a very unique tree. It was as tall as three Yggdrasil (Did I spell that right?) trees stacked on top of each other. The great thick trunk was purple fading into gold and the leaves were multi-colored red, cyan, black, and green. Multi-colored vines of the same color that were about three inches in width were hanging down slightly moving in the breeze. I walked towards the great tree. I noticed that it had white sparkles all around it, the sparkles looked like that of a Divine's. I then realized where I was standing. I was in the sacred territory of the oldest tree in history. The Divine Tree. I thought. I then heard a female voice. "Zane. The reason I have brought you here is to tell you of your magicks. You have power with your music. You can enchant people with that power making them do what you told them to or making them feel a certain way. It is dangerous and make sure to use it carefully. However, that does not mean you have to stop singing. You just have to be careful. Our time is up and it is time for you to return to Phoenix Drop." "Wait!" I said, "Who are you?" The voice replied, "You will find out who I am in time." There was a bright flash and I was back in my cell to see Garroth, Travis,Aaron, Laurence, Dante, Aphmau and...... no. It couldn't be.

Aphmau POV

Zane was back in his cell when we turned back around. "ZANE! WHERE DID YOU GO?!" Garroth yelled. "Garroth don't yell at him!" I said, walking over to his cell. "Zane, where were you? I was worried." He looked at me and said, "I don't know how to describe it." I knew that he was lying and that he just didn't want the others to hear. "Zane. Tell us. Please?" Vlyad said. Zane looked over at him sadness in his eyes. "Okay. But if it sounds far fetched, I promise that I'm telling the truth." Vlyad walked over and seemed to know."It..it's not possible." He said. Zane looked at him and said. "It is now. I was at The Divine Tree." Everyone gasped.
