Gred and Forge?

16 ~ A Change

Its been two weeks since... Everything and so far its been hell.

Alex and Izzy are alot of work.

At the moment we are currently packing up all of our belongings. Why you might ask? We'll Angelina and the other girls haven't exactly enjoyed sharing with 2 younger guests.

So I have taken up Residency with Hermione in our own Dorm which Professor McGonagall has provided. "You need your own space" she said to me.

Izzy and Alex are currently with Lee and the Twins while me and Hermione are packing up my stuff.

So far all of the furniture and bigger items are set up in our new room and it is just a matter of clothing now.

"You sure you don't mind sharing a room with me Mione? I mean Alex can be quite loud." I asked as I shut the latch on one of the trunks.

"Not at all, I love children and I'd rather share a room with you three than Lavender Brown." She said scrunching up her face. I laughed.

We continued packing and moving boxes until my side, or what was my side of the dorm was empty. "Now just to unpack it all again." I thought to myself.

The dorm was a the exact same as the others but with only two beds and on the ground floor. No more stairs for me!!!

"Hey, how are yous getting on" Fred asked as he, George, Lee, Harry, and Ron walked through the open door with Izzy and Alex.

"Just need to unpack now" I said flopping down on the bed. God, that was tiring i thought as Fred plaxed Alex on my stomach. "Hi Bubba" I said looking at the gurgling baby. "Hey what time is it?" I asked no one in particular.

"Its 3 o'clock nearly time for dinner" Ron said, of course he knew. "Well we can have dinner in an hour so all hands on deck guys" I said as I lay Alex down on the bed inbetween two pillows so he wouldnt fall off.

Everything was all set in no time. The two cots were all set and made up for Alex and Izzy, the warddrobe was full of my clothes and the chest of drawers was filled with Izzy and Alexs clothes. The toys were neatly placed in boxes under the bed and everything else was set up.

Today was going to be the first day heading to the great hall with Izzy and Alex and to be honest I was bricking it. What if everyone stares? What if they talk about me behind my back? Fred could obviously see the worry in my eyes because he pulled me back into the room while the rest all went on with Izzy and Alex.

"Are you okay, are you sure you want to do this?" He asked looking deep into my eyes. I nodded and wrapped my arms tightly round his neck never wanting to let go. His arms wrapped themselves around my waist and he dug his head into the crook of my neck. " I won't let anyone touch you" he whispered into my ear before kissing me softly. His lips were soft against my own and my legs melted at there touch. Our lips moved in perfect sync together. He licked my lip begging for entrance which I immediately granted, our tongues fighting for dominance.

The kiss deepened as Fred pushed me gently against the wall his hands sliding down cupping my bum. A knock on the door interrupted our little make out session "Izzys crying she wont stop" George's panicked voice rang through. I groaned pulling away from Fred and heading towards the door were I could hear the screeching child.

I swung open the door to sew a worried George holding a red faced Izzy. "I-i dont know what happened." He said panicking. "Its okay George dont worry" I said taking Izzy from him trying to calm her down. She immediately settled down the occasional hic-up coming from her small mouth.

When she calmed we headed out through the portrait hole and made our way to the great hall were Lee was standing with baby Alex.

"Took yous long enough" he said handing Alex to Fred and leading the way into the busy hall. I took in a deep breath and followed him in.

The hall went silent and everyone looked towards the door. I tried ignoring them all and walked towards the Gryffindor table sitting myself down next to Harry. Immediately Dumbledore rose from his seat at the top table

"Alright everyone thats enough I dont want anything to be said about Miss Flynn and her younger Siblings. She needs all the help she can get during this difficult time" he said looking at me and giving me a smile which I happily returned.

The crowd all turned away and started chatting among themselves, the atmosphere returning to normal. I let out a breath I didnt know I'd been holding all this time.

I turned to Fred who was currently feeding Alex a bottle, he must have take one from my room, I had completely forgotten. He was balancing the bottle with one hand while trying to spoon food onto his plate with the other. Honestly he was trying his hardest but looked to be struggling tremendously.

I helped fill his plate with the delicious food before stocking my own plate and Izzys smaller plate. I helped feed the happy and wriggly child sitting on my lap then ate some of my own food.

"So what happening for christmas?" george asked as he ate the apple crumble in his plate.

"Im staying here" Harry said miserably and I felt very sorry for him. No one wants to spend christmas alone

"Well Mum and Dad wrote to Percy to say that there going to Romania to visit Charlie so looks like we're staying at Hogwarts too" Fred said smiling at me.

"Sounds good" I said finishing my pudding before we made our way back to the dorm.

"Hey guys, when's the next Hogsmeade trip?" I asked. Christmas was in 3 weeks and I hadn't even thought about christmas shopping. I missed the last trip, I wasn't feeling up to it

"Eh... I think McGonagall said something about January." lee said. Shit how am I gonna do my shopping.

"Let me guess, you haven't done any shopping" Fred aksed me. I nodded sheepishly. "What will I do? I have to get Izzy and Alex presents" I said looking at the sleeping baby in Freds arms and Izzy running ahead of us in the corridor with George.

There was silence for a minute while Fred's face was filled with concentration, then Fred piped up "I have an idea but I cant tell you here" he said as he grabbed my hand and gave it a tight squeeze. I looked at him curiously as we rounded the corner.

we entered the common room which was emptying slowly because everyone was heading to bed. I started heading towards my dorm when Fred grabbed my hand. pulling me close, he whispered in my ear. "Meet me here in 15 minutes" his breathe tickling the side of my neck sending chills down my back. I nodded and gently lifted Alex out of Fred's arms, kissing his cheek lightly and heading off to my dorm with Izzy trailing along behind me. I stripped Alex down, changing his nappy and putting into a fluffy onesie before tucking him into his cot with his teddy.

I picked Izzy up off the floor where she had been sitting playing with some toy shapes. I sat her on the bed also changing her nappy and dressing her in some fluffy pyjamas. After laying her down in her bed and kissing her lightly on the cheek I turned away heading towards the bathroom when I heard two words I'd hoped she would never ask me.

"Where's mummy" the breath caught in my throat and I stopped moving. Hermione, who was sitting on the her bed reading , looked up from her book with a sorrowful face on her. I looked at her nodding gently letting her know that I was okay before telling her I would be back soon and bolted out the door.

Fred was waiting for me in the common room and immediately asked what was wrong when he seen my face. I simple shook my head and told him I was fine. He just nodded before grabbing my hand and pulling me out of the common room entrance.

I looked at him curiously. Where was this strange child taking me and what was that parchment in his hand. "Don't worry Sky, I'm not kidnapping you" he said as we rounded the corner. "Well thats a relief" I said letting out a small laugh.

"But seriously where are we going?" I asked him.

He replied, a grin emerging on his adorable face.

"Diagon Alley of course"
