A thousand years (Severus X OC)

(Btw nothing in this story is mine except the plot and Alex)

I wake up the next morning cuddled up to Sev, we skip breakfast as usual and go straight to our classes, I kiss his cheek as we near my class and I sit at my desk.

I soon see that Fred and George are the first ones to arrives, "what are we learning today Professor?" George asks

"Today we are learning about muggle music/instruments" I said

"This ought to be fun" Fred said enthusiastically

"Do you know how to play them all professor potter?" Cedric said coming in

"I suppose I do, I've been playing now for years" I explained

"That's amazing"

As the rest of the class came in I took the muggle instruments to the front of the room everyone took their seats as I sat down the last instrument.

"Does anyone know what any of these things are?" Only Fred and George raised their hands

"Fred and George come on up and tell us a few" I pointed them out, they walked up to the front of the room

"This is a trumpet"

"This is a saxophone"

"This is a French horn"

"This is a piano"

"This is a flute"

"This is a violin"

"This is a harpsichord"

"This is a guitar"

"This is a drum"

They picked up the last one and called it a 'clarinet'

"Very very nice boys, 45 points to Gryffindor"

They high fived and sat down

"So the first one I want to play is the piano, I've been playing since I was 8 so I've gotten pretty good" I sit down and greet the keys as an old friend

I finished of the last notes and turned to the class, "was it good?" I asked

They all clapped and then I asked, "who wants to try it"

Cedric and Fred eagerly raised their hands, "Cedric you come up first" I motion him up and he sits next to me, I put a spell on his hand and I play the chorus a few times,"got it?"

He eagerly nods and plays the notes perfectly, "wow 25 points to hufflepuff"

After that I played a few songs on other instruments and let others try them. It was over all a great class.

"Alright class, homework is to pick one instrument and write 9 inches of parchment about it" they all nodded and surprisingly no one complained.

I walk down the hall to dinner and sat between dumbledore and sev as always, I found myself humming to the muggle song I was singing earlier.

"Whatcha singin?"sev asked

"A muggle song I taught the class earlier" I replied

"Sounds fun" he replied

"I have to go, I have lessons for tomorrow to plan cause it's Friday tomorrow and Friday is the best day" I said

"Whatever" he pecked my cheek

Time skip-a-diddly-doo

I was sitting at my desk when an owl pecks at my window, It drops a letter, signed by Mrs. Weasley.

Dear Ms.Potter,

Fred and George have already sent me two letters about how wonderful you are and how you're their favorite teacher, I would absolutely love to meet you and I think it's fantastic that they're doing so well, Do you think you could come to the burrow Saturday afternoon? Send a response soon

I immediately send back a response since today is Thursday saying I could definitely be there, I then climbed in bed with Severus.

"Have a good day?" He asked

"Yeah it was the best, I love teaching, this weekend I get to meet my star pupils mum" I said

"And who would that be?" He asks into my neck

"Molly Weasley" I answer simply

"What!?" He shouted, "I can't even get them to pay attention much less be a star pupil"

"It's because you're a meany pants" I stuck my tounge out at him, kissed his forehead, and fell asleep.
