Alex's POV

I was walking around when I saw my brother and the marauders circling closer to a tree, "what's up Snivellus?!"

"Leave me alone Potter" he spat

"Cmon boys lets show him why he's not in Gryffindor" James taunted, "Levicorpus"

"Put me down!" He yelled

"Gryffindor! Gryffindor! Gryffindor!" The crowd chanted

"Hem hem" I said standing directly behind them , there was dead silence.

They turned around sending Snape flying to the floor, "decided to pick on Severus today huh boys?"

They nodded eagerly,"uh huh aren't you proud we pranked another kid"

"You ought to be ashamed of yourselves, I am absolutely disgusted, you are a poor excuse for a Gryffindor and have no privilege of being any type of brother of mine" I was usually okay with them pranking people but when it came to sev I got pissed. I pushed them out of the way and went to check on Severus

"Hey sev are you ok?" I said checking over him, he winces as I check his leg

"Thanks for helping" he says

"No problem, let's get you to madam Pomfrey" I helped him stand up but he could hardly hobble, it was probably a 20 ft drop and he landed on his ankle so I'd imagine it would've hurt.

"Ow!" He said stumbling a bit

"Here hold on to my waist" I said, I wrapped his arm around my waist blushing slightly. I helped him hobble all the way to the hospital wing where he was to spend two days there.

Visiting hours were over and I had to leave, "A-Alex could you, uh, maybe um, stay with me? Only if you you want to though I don't want to force you to stay with me, because I'm so boring and no one would want to stay with me and-" I cut him off with a deep passionate kiss.

"Of course I'll stay with you" he scoots over and I lay next to him, cuddling my head into his chest, being careful around his broken leg.

We wake up to Dumbledore talking to McGonagall, "you owe me 20 galleons I believe Minerva"

~~next moment two years later~~

Sev was sitting by his favorite tree by the black lake, the Excact tree we first sat under 2 years ago, reading his advanced potions book, I turned into my animagus of an owl and perched on the same tree.

When I turn back I hang upside down from one of the branches, "hey sev"

"Woah! When did you get here?" He asked

"Promise not to tell?" He nodded, I turned into my animagus and perched on his shoulder, affectionately nuzzling his cheek.

"Wow that's amazing" he said in awe

I turned into human as I sat on the ground next to him and put my head in the crook of his neck," can I ask you something?"
