I stormed out of Jojen's room still fuming. I was so angry! How dare he use magic on my body without asking me first?! I tried to calm down as I looked for Theon.
"Lehna please wait!" Jojen called after me. I started walking faster and faster until I found my husband returning from the ravens cages.
"There's my darling wife," he smiled. I practically ran into his arms and kissed him so passionately I heard gasps from onlookers. It was probably very childish to do knowing Jojen was right behind me, but I was angry and looking for revenge. I am King Joffrey's daughter after all.
When I finally pulled away to breathe, Theon gasped, "I don't know what I did to deserve that, but remind me to do it more often!"
I giggled, "I'm just so happy to be carrying your child, Theon. To be quite honest I was unsure about our marriage, but now I'm so glad I married you."
He smiled so wide and I heard Jojen cough. "Is something a matter, teacher?" Theon called out, his tone aggressive.
"Nothing at all," Jojen said with ice in his words.
"Nothing at all....?"
Jojen gritted his teeth. "Nothing at all, Your Grace."
"That's better," Theon growled. "Now run along, you're not needed at the moment."
Jojen stalked off angrily and I wondered if I had made the right decision in my plan for revenge.
"Now, my beautiful princess, the High Sparrow is here and has requested a private audience with you. Would you like me to come with you?" His hands rested on my waist.
I kissed him gently. "Thank you, husband, but no. I shall do this on my own. However I would like your company on the way to the meeting."
"As Your Grace commands," he joked and took my arm. I was nervous. What did the High Sparrow want with me?
Theon and I walked in silence until we arrived at the small room where I was to meet the High Sparrow. "I'll be waiting right out here if you need me," Theon kissed me one last time before I pushed open the door.
"Your Grace," the thin man bowed.
"Why have you called me here?" I demanded.
"To say congratulations on your child of course! Isn't it wonderful that you managed to bypass the laws of the Seven and conceive?" He pulled out a chair. "Please sit."
I regarded him coldly as I took a seat. "I don't know what you mean."
The Sparrow sat across from me. "I've been thinking," he began. "That day that I almost choked to death in the Throne room for no apparent reason - you were there. And when Queen Isabel pulled you from the room the constriction released, almost as if by magic."
I fixed him in a glare. "Maybe the gods thought you were talking too much."
He laughed. "You're a funny one. Now my suspicion is the Reed boy has poisoned your mind with magic. Did he poison your womb as well?"
I leapt from my chair so fast it clattered to the floor. Theon was in the room in a matter of seconds.
"Are you alright my love?" He ran over and placed one hand on my cheek and the other on my stomach.
"Arrest him," my voice came out a whisper.
"What, Lehna?" My husband asked.
"ARREST HIM!" I shouted. "He threatened me and that is treason! I want him dead!"
Theon's eyes darkened. In a blur, he had the High Sparrow pinned to the wall.
"Your wife is the worst sinner of them all," he seethed. I stormed over and grabbed Theon's dagger. In one swift cut I had slit the High Sparrow's throat, spraying Theon and me in blood.
"Lehna-"
"Go fetch my father." My voice was steady and calm. Theon turned and ran out of the room. The High Sparrow's body slumped to the floor and I stood over him, blood dripping from the dagger.
[Intense huh? Let me know in the comments: are you Team Jojen or Team Theon?]
