The Incounter

I said sure to Levy's invite on ice cream after school."Make sure to brings some money." She said. I nodded head and walked to my first class.

After first, second, and third period, we all went lunch."Ew, chili..." Lucy said making a face. Levy and I ignored her and kept walking towards our table.

"So where's Erza?" I asked sitting down."She said she had to finish a project or something." Lucy explained with head in her hands. I shook my head and began eating. I looked around the lunch room, secrectly looking for Gray.

Suddenly, I saw a flash of scarlet hair. I whipped around to see Erza with three plates of strawberry cake. My eyes widen, shocked that she had so much. We all looked at each other then laughed.

"What's so funny?" Erza asked with a mouthful of cake. We laughed again and started to eat again.

After lunch, the four of us walked to our next period. We spilt up, one by one saying see ya later. I finally was left and walked quickly to Science.

I suddenly felt warm near my cheeks. Gray.... My heart began to beat rapidly and I started breathing heavily.

I wiped away the sweat around my forehead. I entered the class and saw Gray with his friends. I looked down and blushed really bad. I started walking fast towards my seat.

I sat down and tried to focus on school. As class began, I sat there with my pencil in my left hand and wrote down notes rapidly.

I suddenly jumped once the bell rang. I quickly walked to my locker to pack up and leave for ice cream. But instead I eavesdropped and listened to a rumor Cana was saying...

"Did ya know Juvia has a major crush on Fullbuster.." she whispered into Gajeel's ear. He nodded and said "It was bound to happen... and besides, he probably likes her, too." I gasped and froze in place. The thought of aGray beimg mind was absolutly amazing.

"My darling Juvia.." " My darling Gray..." *blush blush*

I snapped back to reality and quickly packed my things. I called my mom, telling her that I was getting ice cream with the girls.

She approved and the world kept spinning. I saw my besties and we walked together to Froyo's.

"So Juvia, do ya like anyone..?" Lucy said with a smirk on her flawless face. I looked away and began to blush like crazy.

I slowly nodded my head but said nothing. The two looked at each other and giggled. I felt like a third wheel for a sec.

Then Levy asked, "This person doesn't happen to be Gray Fullbuster does it?" I shook my head in shock and said "Wait?! How did you know that?!" Red was all over my face with an open mouth.

Levy and Lucy squealed and began jumping up and down, holding hands like twelve year olds.

I tried to shush the girls but it was no use. We were still on the school's property with middle and older high schoolers staring at us.

My entire began to shake as I tried to shut up my friends."Will guys please be quiet!! Everyone is staring.." I whispered harshly. The two giggle a last time and said sorry.

We walked up to the door at Froyo's. I held the door for my friends, then an old lady, and then a family of six..., then a couple.

I was annoyed a bit but got over it. I caught up the girls and ordered something simple."Oh come on. Get something sweeter!" Levy nudged. I blush and said no.

We walked over the machines and started putting the ice cream. I pulled down the lever to the chocolate vanilla swirl as the door opened.

I turned around for second towards the door when suddenly I realized who it was. My mouth fell open and I accidentally pulled the ice cream lever down all the way.

I had figured out what I'd done saw the ice cream gush out a ton of ice cream, over filling my cup.

I widen my eyes and the cold cream began to creep towards my hand.

I dropped the cup (which was a stupid choice..) and stepped back.

Gray..

As the thought of Gray hit me, the ice cream I dropped hit the ground and splattered me in the face and all over my white school collar.

My shirt was stained with chocolate and vanilla ice cream. I stepped back once more. Turned toward Levy and Lucy.

They were laughing at some jokes Levy must've said. The two turned towards me and their jaws dropped.

"Eh, guys... we have a problem.." I said quietly. The two stood there for a second and grabbed bunches of napkins. They helped me quickly clean the mess I caused and myself.

The lady behind the counter turned to see what we were doing. She gasped and ran over to us to help clean up.

"Dont worry sweetheart, happens all the time.." she said as she came down. I felt really bad at what I did.

Red crept over my entire face."What happened, Juvia?" asked Levy. I tried to speak but nothing came out.

We quickly stood up and payed for our mess but the lady said it wad fine. I apologized once more and ran out the store. But as I was running towards the door, I felt a hand grab my elbow. I stopped and saw Lucy and Levy. As I was looking at them, in the background I saw Gray looking at me....
