P.O.V~ Gray Fullbuster
My eyes fluttered open. My room was dark because of the dark blue curtains that hung from my window.
I sat up. My chest (that's right ladies, picture it..*squeals")
felt the hot air hit me. I swung my legs over the bed and rubbed my face. Oh. Crap.I rushed over to my dresser and pulled out a black tee and dark cargo shorts. I ran my left hand through my hair while the other held my shoes as I walked downstairs.
Lyon was sitting at the bar when I walked into the kitchen. Mom was cooking another one of Lyon's favorite breakfast meals, an egg omelet with rice and pieces of thinly sliced beef.
"Smeels good mom." I said as I walked in. "Thanks sweetie.." Lyon had a grin on his face. "Well morning to you too, Mr. Smart Stuff." I glanced at him and looked away.
"Happy birthday Lyon!" Mom sang. She placed the food in front of him and smiled. "I hope you like it!!" She cheerfully said.
Of course, mom made extra for her and I as well as Lyon's parents. Speaking of Lyon's parents, they just walked through the door. They looked exhausted. Aunt Jennie had dark circles around her eyes and uncle Dan had pen ink all over his hands. Must've worked themselves to the bone again..
"Morning, darling.." aunt Jennie said. She walked over to Lyon and kissed his forehead. Aunt Jennie walked upstairs and said, "We'll be back in a sec... im gonna take a shower and your father will too.." they looked like zombies walking up the steps.
Lyon looked down at his food and messed with omelet. "Hey buddy, what's wrong?" I asked. I nudged his arm. "They work so much..I hardly get to see them."
I felt bad for the poor guy, but it was his birthday...why act sad??
I ate the last bite of my food and grabbed my car keys. "Pick your sorry butt up and come with me." I declared.
He looked up at me with curious eyes. He stood up and we walked out to my Altima. I sat at the wheel and he sat in on the passenger side.
I pulled out the drive way and drove towards his favorite place I could think of, the park. Lyon liked the vibe of trees and wind, swaying back and forth. It soothed him.. He's had a pretty nasty past from his mom's drug addiction to his dad's drinking problem.
He never spent time with his parents cause of their "problems" you would say. Lyon stayed at our house most of his childhood. But ever since his parents finally got help, Lyon hasn't shown up as much.
We reached the park in about 15 minutes. He reaction was still the same. Sad and lonely. I sighed. "Come on man, smile. I know your parents are hard workers and that you had a hard past, but that doesn't mean you always have to be or look upset."
Lyon looked up. "You right." He admitted. "Hey, since it's my birthday and all, can you take me to Juvia's place."
Oh my popsicles. Did just ask me to drive him to Juvia's? "Uhhhh no." I retorted. "Why not?"
I looked at him. "Cause I don't know where she lives." "Wow. And to think her boyfriend would know where she lives." He teased. "Shut up."

I was fixing my hair into a high bun. "Argh! Stupid bobby pin!"
#relatable The pin flew across my room straight into the air vent. "You've gotta be kidding.." I groaned.I pulled out another pin from my box of pins. I struggled to slightly open up the pin. My left hand held the hair in place while my right tried to pull apart the pin. And once again, it flung out of my hand. Seriously.......
I stared at the ceiling. "Why? Why me?" I asked myself.
After about losing 10 pins, yes I said 10, I finally pinned my hair in place and ran downstairs. My skirt was flowing behind me as I walked down the steps.
My skirt was right above my knees and was the color mint. My top was a white cami with a pretty stencil design on front and wore a pair of nude flats. I had wrapped a light minted color scarf around me.
By now you must be wondering, "Why is Juvia all dressed up?" Well my Raindroplets, you see, my mother has a dinner party planned tonight.
She has invited many peolpe who are in the high-ranking business market system thingy...
I walked into the kitchen and saw mom set out all the snacks and drinks like cheese squares and wine.
The door bell rang. I answered the door. I let the people in. And the process repeated. I opened the door for about an hour and soon everyone was here. A hand layed on my shoulder. I turned to see mom smiling in joy. "Okay sweetie.. one more business man is suppose to come. He also said he was bringing his son and nephew." She said. I stood there then smiled and nodded.
I waited for about 10 minutes, then the door bell rang. I opened the door to see a tall slim, yet somewhat buff man in a nicely fitted suit with two young men behind them.
"Sorry we're late.." the man apologized. I smiled then tried to get a good glimpse of the two gentlemen. Of them wore a white suit while the other wore black. One had white hair while tue other had a raven black color..
Wait...oh..my..cheezburger..
It's Gray and Lyon.
