Again, Really?

P.O.V~ Juvia Lockser

I froze in place as I saw Gray and a friend of his stand in front of me. I stood there with a blank face and didn't know whether to move and run out the door way or stay in place.

My legs froze. My heart began beating super fast, almost jumping out of my chest. My face burned, and I mean burned. Like a hotdog on the grill..

"Ummm so this is a coincidence." Levy said, trying to lighten the mood. The cashier popped her bubble gum bubble and smacked her gum.

"So your....umm....Juvia right?" Gray asked nervously.  I gasped as he said my name. I heard my friend's as well. "Y-yeah?"

"Nice to umm..finally meet ya." He said. I waved a small wave and looked down as I felt my cheeks burn.

Again?! Seriously. ...I think, no, I know I'm cursed... but what the fudgesicles did I do??!!

I played with the plastic bag in my hand and looked up and down, side to side,  wondering what to do.

I saw Gray mouth open as he was about to saying something. I braced myself for whatever to come out of his mouth."Um..so..um.Would ya...um..like to get some...uh coffee sometime?" He asked nervously.

I gasped and looked up to him. His entire face was bright red and his left hand was messing up his hair.

"Oh...uh sure, I guess." I said quietly. He smirked and walked off. My heart would not stop or slow down an hour later.

The girls and I walked to the pretzel stand."This was nice.. Juvia got new shoes, I got some bath rugs, Levy bought thousands of Romance novels, and Juvia got asked out by Gray Fullbuater himself." Lucy said. I blushed as she said Gray's name and slapped her shoulder.

"Ow! Hey that hurt!" She screamed." Haha good." I said sternly. She backed off and we bought our pretzels.

We walked with crowd. "Ugh..my feet are killing me." Lucy complained. "And that's why you don't wear heels to the mall." I teased. She tossed her hair back as Levy and I rolled our eyes.

"You guys ready to go home?" I asked. They nodded their heads as I called mom. I looked at my watch to see that it was 3:42.

"Hey mom. We're ready to go home." I said into my phone."Okay sweety I'll be there." I smiled as I hung up.

We walked outside and waited for my mom. The sun blinded our eyes as we sat down on the nearest bench.

The door swung open and two teenage guys walked out. One had pink salmon colored hair while the other had black hair.

Again?! Crap.

I saw Gray look at me in surprise. I felt my body tremble. "We keep running into each other.. that's pretty weird." He said trying to sound cool. "Yeah.."

I heard a car horn honk as a car pulled up."Come on sweety!" Mom yelled through the open window.

Thank you soooo much mother. You are a life saver!

I sighed with relief and jumped up."Thats my ride. Sorry to leave but I gotta go.." I said quietly."Oh. That's fine I'll see ya at school sometime." Gray said in dissatisfaction. I smiled and grabbed Levy's hand and gave Lucy the 'come on let's go' look.

I opened the car door and frantically jumped into the car. "Mom hit the gas..." I declared. She laughed and drove off.

P.O.V~ Gray Fullbuster

I stood there and watched Juvia and her friends drive off in her mom's car. "Wow that was a nice talk you guys had.." Natsu teased. I glared at him and grunted.

I huffed and sweatdropped. "Am I losing my charm and touch?" I asked upset with sweat dripping down my face.

The sun was sweltering hot and the air was hot and humid. "Are you not hot?" I asked. "No. I feel fine." He said with a shrug. I wish I had some ice.

We walked back inside the mall with the smell of food and perfume in the air. The air felt cool against my skin. Natsu put his hands behind his head while we were walking towards the gang.

Natsu and I had walked around for almost an hour and yet the group didn't move. "Natsu, can you please sit with me?" Lisanna said. She patted the empty seat beside her and smiled seductively. 

Cana rolled her eyes and crossed her arms. She sat on the table with a can of cheap beer in her lap. She wore a blue tank top with skin tight jeans. Her hair fell across her shoulders.

"Ya know he's over you so deal with it," Cana snorted,  "move on already." Lisanna shot a look towards Cana. Cana shot one back.

Natsu rolled his eyes and said no. "But Natsu, I-" Natsu cut her off. "What we had," he said waving his hand between him and Lisanna,"is over. Like Cana said, move on. It's over." He sternly said.

Lisanna's eyes began to turn red with tears streaming down her cheeks. Natsu straightened his posture and lean on his right leg.

"Dang man, way to be harsh." I said. He looked at me then back at Lisanna. "It's Mira's fault she tried to put us together so don't start." Natsu snapped and stormed off.

"Hey hey hey don't cry..." Mira said trying to comfort her sister.

After the wild escape of awkwardness.....

P.O.V~ Juvia Lockser

I let my head fall into my hands. I rubbed my face, trying to figure out what I had done to deserve this curse I have.

"Did I accidentally kill something?! Wait? I did kill that ant the other day..... Oh my chopsticks I'm screwed!! Okay Juvia breath in then out..."

Lucy and Levy looked at me funny and then looked at each other. I looked at them and began panic again.

I sat on my bed and leaned back. I stared at the ceiling and cried silently. I covered my face with my hands. "Ahhhh! My life sucks." I muttered.

"Oh come on don't act like that. ." Levy said. "She's right JJ.." Lucy added. I sat back up and fiddled with the end of shirt.

Why?! Why does univeres hate me?  Why did I have to incounter Gray on the weekend??
