Movie...Date?

P.O.V~ Juvia Lockser

"Uh..hey, since your already here, uh..um..." Gray stuttered. I held my breath for his response. "Um, would you mind if ya watched a movie with me? Lyon, buddy I'm gonna have to ditch ya. Sorry."

I stood there in shock. He cancelled his movie with Lyon. That had to hurt big time.

"Sure thing." He said casually. I stood there in surprise.  "Have fun, beautiful. " he whispered into ear as he passed. I shook my head out of the clouds and turned towards my friends.

"It's okay. Go on." Levy nudged. "Are you sure? I'd feel bad if I did." I returned. She smiled. "Go on, unless you'd like me to beat it into our head?" Erza warned. I laughed nervously. "Heahea yes, ma'am. "

Gray and I decided to watch Frozen because I had never seen it. "Are you serious? You've never seen it?" He asked. I nodded. "But how do you know what it is?" I asked curiously.  "Ah..um..I have a little sister..."

I giggled and checked my phone to that it was 7:24. Popcorn was popping in the machine as our turn to pay for tickets came up.

"That'll be $27.47 and here's the change." The old cashier lady said. I smiled as she handed Gray the money. "You have a beautiful girlfriend young man." the lady said. "Oh. Were not." Um.. nothing's happened." We said at the same time. We looked at each other and blushed.

Gray thought it would be great to share a bucket of popcorn and get two drinks. I had Sprite while Gray had Mello Yellow, which are basically the same thing.

The popcorn hit me instantly as held the bucket. I loved movie theater popcorn and was a bad idea for me to hold the bucket.

We took our seats before the movie started. A bunch of little girls were in the front row and in a huddle and, of all things, screamed as lights turned down and the movie started. Typical.

Gray and I rolled our eyes and started munching on popcorn.
It had been about hour into the movie where Ana turned to ice. Elsa was crying and so was I.

Juvia pull the tears in!! Your love is right next to you! Do you want to end the date?! Wait, who said it was date?

I reached into the bucket as I stared at the screen.  No no no ahe can't be gone?! As reached in, I felt something bigger than a piece of popcorn. A hand. A hand that belonged to Gray.

We flinched. But then he wrapped his fingers around my hand, making me feel warm and tingly. In my mind, sirens and blares of noises were going off.

Gray Fullbuster is holding my hand. I'm holding his. The night ended perfectly with a look into each other's eyes on the walk home.

P.O.V~ Gray Fullbuster

We stood in front of a bench at the park. Juvia layed her head against my shoulder, with our hands twinded together.

"I had a great night...thank you.." she whispered. I smiled and layed my head on top of hers.

"Um..what time is it?" She asked sitting up. "8:45."

Her eyes widened at stood up. "I have to go..um...here's my number..." she said as she wrote on a napkin. I took the napkin and stared at it.

"I'll text you." I said as she walked away. She pointed a thumbs up and smiled.

My heart now felt empty without her by my side...

The Next Day.....

P.O.V~ Juvia Lockser

My eyes fluttered open. I suddenly had a wonderful flashback. I smiled and hugged my pillow. My phone began buzzing. I grabbed it and read the message and forced my eyes to open.

Unknown number: hey its gray

Holy cheesesticks its Gray.

Me:um..mornimg

*ding ding*

Unknown number: wyd

Me: laying in my bedroom

*ding*

Unknown number: same

From then on, we texted back and forth then he wanted to know something.....

Gray: soo...uh..do u like me.?

Ahhhhhhhh heck yeah?!!!!!!

Me: maybe..a little bit

Yes play hard to get that's it..

Gray: oh...well everyone at school said u did but kk

...that was a bad idea....

Me: um... gtg my mom wants ne to walk the dog... brb..

Gray: Kk btw ur ...... beautiful.

*squeal* gray-sama  thinks im beautiful! !!!!!!!!!!

I jump out of my bed and dance around in my room.#relatable

When I finally relize my mom is yelling my name to come eat breakfast, I run down stairs. "Geesh, Juvia. I called your name at least 13 times. " mom protested.

I looked down and apologized.  "What were you doing in your room, hold on, were you dancing again..?" Mom questioned. I nodded and then blushed.

I know to some people telling your parents you went on a date with someone is just....you know..

But mom's the only one I have left cause dad died in a plane crash to Thailand. I miss him soo much.

"So this Gray is who you went out with?" Mom asked interested. I showed a picture of him and nodded. She looked happy and accepted.  Like accepted that I could be with him.

Face: *-* really?!

Mind: ( ♡_♡ ) (~ O ~) HE'S MINE!!!!!!!!
