I had just finished a rough hunt. 'The freaking werewolf almost took my damn head off. Freakin' asshole!' I cursed to myself as I walked into a small bar just off the highway. I sat on a barstool and waited for the bartender to walk over. I ordered some whiskey and chugged it down right when I got it. The bartender looks at me with a concerned face and says "Rough night?"
"Yeah, you could say that."
The bartender poured more whiskey in my cup and walked away. There were two guys sitting a good ways away. One had shaggy brown hair the other had dirty blond short cut hair. I looked down at my cup and I couldn't help, but overhear their conversation. "Dean, how could the werewolf just die randomly?"
"Maybe there is another hunter around. I don't really care right now because I'm gonna go flirt with a girl."
There were heavy footsteps walking towards me, then the barstool squeaked as someone sat in it.

I looked up and the dirty blond guy was now sitting by me. He winked, smiled, then said "Damn you're beautiful."
"You just met me and you don't even know my name."
"Well then I'll have to change that. My name is Dean."
"I'm Aria."
"That name fits you."
"Um thanks?"
"So I think you're like my car."
"How?"
"Because I want to ride you all night."
I felt my cheeks heat up, so I looked down to hide it. I let out a nervous laugh and said "Damn Dean you're a flirt."
"Only with the girls I really like."
He smiles. I couldn't help, but smile also. I say "Well I gotta get going here I'll give you my number and you can call me if you want."
I wrote my number on a cocktail napkin and handed it to him. I start to walk away until I hear someone tell "Wait Aria!"
I turn around to face Dean. He smiles nervously, rubs the back of his neck, and says "Um do you want to go on a date tomorrow night? At the diner down the road around 7?"
"Yeah, sounds good."
"Okay I'll pick you up at your motel."
"Okay night, Dean"
"Night Aria."
